For ther 2nd question : Currently it's only on distance, so yes if it comes from offshore you can only take decision when it came on the county or a neighboring county in the distance. I could make the decision trigger from plague on county other sea, but it will spam the decision if you have a big realm or a vassal. So i've decided to stick on pure distance
I have a question : How is it handled the fact plague can be spread through sea ?
Cause I can't take the decisions until the plague lands on the coast. Am I right ?
My heir probably activated it prior to my death, then now he is my ruler and have an other capital. So I guess because the capital changes from his perspective, I don't have the decision to abord this decision.
If you're looking for mod ideas in a similar vein, I would love to see a mod that automates the "Summon Physician" interaction when a new plague outbreak occurs. I generally like playing with plagues on, but if I never had to see that popup again I wouldn't miss it.
