Slightly increased the chance of material drops
Added mechanic skill level requirement with default value of 0.
Added minimal api for changing drop table and requirements at runtime.

@weeeez - Hey there, any chance you could add a requirement for mechanics as well? On my Metal Salvage mod, I add recipes to salvage car doors (amongst other recipes) and that requires a skill level of 4 in welding, and a skill of 2 in mechanics: (MetalWelding:4;Mechanics:2)

To have them well together, I set the skill level for welding in your mod to 4 in the sandbox option to match, but would be nice to set mechanics too. I could do this locally, but I figured it would be better to simply ask for the addition.

@GarglingGlass you can get steel bars. Total amount of steel bars is (2 * max(5, welding skill level)), but the chance is 25% for each.

Sandbox options only updated after change by reloading.
Dismantling using a welding torch that has less than ten amount should be resolved in the latest update.

Ah thanks. Then it might be that this mod does not like that sandbox settings are modified after game start. Installed mod mid-play and it defaulted to consuming 10 units of gas from torch which only holds 10 units of gas. Dropped that to two per job, but it might not like the change. At least modified sandbox settings do not reflect in game until game is reloaded and even then it does not want to actually do anything even if numbers now match.

Vehicle Repair Overhaul doesn't have vehicle dismantling for B42 yet so should be no conflict

Didn't find any difficulties. Only an option that ckecks for installed parts is not optimized. Have to cycle over all parts every time to find out vehicle is stripped, that could cause a small freeze while right clicking stripped vehicle. Can be done better.

Finally. Been wondering why none of the mods that had this in B41 had updated to allow this yet. Was there something difficult about it?
