This mod no longer works for U7 after an update. Please use the replacement mod instead.

Well, the exception log anyway, Valve needs to up the character limit for comments to something like 10,000

huh, surprisingly this mod worked fine when i used it to fiddle in the map maker a little bit. but yeah thanks for the heads up on the more up to date build limit change option .

This mod broke a while ago by a game update already, please use Map Resizer (linked above). With the new mod, as long as you do not resize Terrain Height (23), you don't need the mod after that (i.e. only to build stuff higher but not more Dirt). If you change it, you will need the mod on while playing.
Re-Bot 2 Jul @ 2:51pm
If I were to create a map in the editor that goes up to the normal games default height limit (using this mod to get past the weird limitation of 16 max height on terrain drawing) would the map still need this mod to load? Or would it be fine as it doesn't actually leave the bounds of vanilla map scales?

Hey, Luke. I understand the mod is no longer updated, however I will be using it until it keeps working because it has the feature that frees the camera for a further away zoom, the mod freecam brakes my installation so I can't use it.

I have a request, could you isolate the option to free the cam for zoom in its own mod.

For U7 onwards, please use Map Resizer for better features. This mod is no longer updated.

I understand, thanks for the update.
Luke ✞ Jesus Saves ✞  [author] 7 Apr @ 12:24pm
Yeah sorry I am aware of this and this one is the only mod that hasn't been updated to work with the latest update due to too many changes to the game. I will need to rewrite this one entirely later.
MrYanYe 6 Apr @ 10:58pm
I like your MOD very much, but after the latest U7 update, there is no error when entering the game, but when loading the save file or starting a new game, there will be an error and crash. If possible, can you update it?
Ertyly744 25 Mar @ 6:35pm
your mod needs harmony to work... maybe add it to the list of additional required items...
Luke ✞ Jesus Saves ✞  [author] 25 Mar @ 6:17pm
Yes but it's quite restrictive. Basically you have to start a new game with the exact same setting. For example, if you start a new map with Max Height = 50, you have to keep that setting to load your saves.
Ertyly744 25 Mar @ 6:06pm
it is compatible with the latest experimental version ?

Quick, someone tell Zeddic about this

v7.0.1: Fixed crashes caused by Feb 25 update.
Luke ✞ Jesus Saves ✞  [author] 9 Feb @ 11:10pm
v7.0.0: Compatible with U7. Note: Due to the map change in U7, you have to use the exact same height setting when creating a new map vs. when loading that save or else it would crash unlike in U6 where you can increase it at will. In the future I may store the height value somewhere in the save so you don't have to adjust the mod settings to match.

When creating a new map, the game UI limit map creators to 256x256 (it can be changed with mod). The default height is 16 for Map Creator, 22 for terrains and 32 for buildings for players (meaning Map Creators can only use 16 blocks of Terrain, players can then build 6 more Terrain Blocks, and build 10 more buildings on top).

According to https://mod.io/g/timberborn/m/map-size-unlocker the native game supports map size up to 384x384 and terrain height of 22 for those without mods, so if that's still true it might be good to mention that in the description!

I have made a separate mod that has various options you mentioned :) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3420372304

I use dev mode every time for free camera AND for fog removal (mainly for the latter).
It'd be great if there were a mod to always disable fog.
QueenPixxa 1 Feb @ 2:18pm
Thank you, that would be great :)
Luke ✞ Jesus Saves ✞  [author] 1 Feb @ 9:42am
Wonder how many subscribes to this mod just for the camera lol. You could have just asked, I can make a standalone mod for that.
QueenPixxa 1 Feb @ 8:14am
Finally I won't need to open dev mod every time I start the game just to get free camera, thank you!
