Report a translation problem
I currently have 3 separate spriters, with whom I make 3 separate characters.
Broken Timepiece level 3, opponent's HP below 30%, 3 Meter (I think 3 meter, maybe a bit more or less, don't remember and can't check right now).

Well, first of all, you are intended to start taking damage. Clock Level 3 is a risk-reward Install. You still take less damage than normal, but you don't prevent it anymore.
Second of all... I have no idea why moves disappear. It never happened to me, neither in Godot, nor in Steam version.
Clock Level 3 + Opponent at low HP (~25%)
It creates a time slow field that moves forward. It slows opponent and their projectiles. Enhance version creates a place that lingers in place. EX-Enhance creates a full Time Stop Field, that moves forward. Beware that it stops BOTH you and your opponent.
But its good, just balance this shit
Honestly, at this point, skill issue. Cowboy has like the highest damage in the game, way higher than modded chars. Not being able to break the shield (that breaks at ~900 damage usually) is a MASSIVE skill issue.

Ok, I believe these changes fix most of the issues.
Also, where his "Mana Shield" is a great concept and I like it, with his ability to essentially 'get rid' of the damage he was dealt and even increase his own resources, he's dope, but just SSS rank. Yomi is like fighting game chess, this character breaks that fluidity.
Be advised before downloading/using.
