In the current version they don’t go on the offensive initially, they act as normal Minor Factions

Look who is the mod author for Reinforcements @HighKnight ;3.

It doesn't work with most other submods no. But this mod does lightly enhance the Minors if you dont play as them yes. I have plans to enhance the main factions down the line

Also after some testing, if the minor factions lose their unique buildings (CSA Droidworks) they will never build another one no matter how many planets they have and will spam their default units rather than build the added units.

Still having the same issue where Zaarin's empire will appear in random planet starts (Grand/Standard/Classic) only when playing as a minor faction. Doesn't show up when playing as Empire, Black Sun, Rebels.

@Darth_Saber Thanks for letting me know about the Discord, I’ll get that fixed. But it looks like your download of the mod is broken, going to need to reinstall till fixed. Happens to me often with EAW for some reason.

Fennic Shand has the icon of something else on the map. Also Miktis dont have the escort he is listed as having. Nothing spawns in when he is in combat.

Hutt Heroes were broken to allow Hutts to be playable in this version. I’m hoping to get a minor update out today/tomorrow that adds them back and maybe a few new units

A tech upgrade could take many forms though, pirates could be stealing blueprints, CSA could be buying older designs from other factions, etc. Big fan of the work, much appreciated.

Yes, new units will be added to multiple factions in this mod (two factions are going to get some changes in a future update)

I tested this mod and it look very promising. However i have two main complain :

- The news playables faction would benefit greatly from tech upgrade and it would make them feel more complete. I know that adding new unit to them is difficult (since they are at their core minor, both in game and in universe), but i think in this case it could be a good idea to add fanon unit (from other creator or even your own) at long as they make sence. I know not everyone will like this but this could be a nice change of pace and allow you to experiment.

- In the line of making faction more complete, faction specific mecanic would be nice (altrought i don't think their are obligatory needed, contrarily to tech level).

The only bug i encountered, appart from bugged weapon display on stat card is that the game think that every new faction is the Rebellion.

Okay guys, major bugs are fixed but many little bugs are still there. I'm fixing them as fast as I can but a LOT of things are broken. If the game is crashing that isn't a bug I can fix on our end, it's something wrong on your end and I'm very sorry about that.

as I mentioned in an older comment: the Hutts are currently bugged so until it's fixed I'd suggest playing one of the other 4 factions instead. The crashing seems inconsistent but I'd recommend checking that the Awakening of the Rebellion mod is up to date (since this submod relies on it to run)

just letting you know, this might be low tier thing to get fixed, but the commission station shipyard building is not buildable on rendili, when it in the description of ships you can build from it list a ship from rendili. just letting you know of this potential error.

Ok, Shout out to shortsnapz13 for helping solve the problem for me. For those of you trying to launch the game but it crashes on the logo screen try this. First go the game in your steam Library. Second go to the properties section. Third select the launch option as FOC. Fourth just below that their should be a section saying something about advanced players wanting to put in a steam mod code and a blank text box. Click that box and copy and paste this whole line from the mod STEAMMOD=3429564836 STEAMMOD=1397421866 I had no problems with launching the game after that. Weird that it requires all of that extra effort as no other mod ive used has required all of that but that seems to fix the issue on my end.

Does it give you a pop-up before the crash? (you can check this in your taskbar of your computer, you'll see two EAW pages and one of them is the pop-up) because if it does give you the pop-up, then you're running the bugged update of this mod that was released yesterday. the update released today fixed it

You'll know the update worked because the Pirates will be playable on the 198 planet start, and the Hutts will have their heroes

For anyone asking about why it's crashing: unsubscribe and resubscribe to the mod. This will automatically update the mod to the newest version. also ensure you used the STEAMMOD codes and launched the mod that way, not through the Forces of Corruption mod launcher
