2. I don't have attachment points and when messing around with most my models ive never had this issue so i didn't check
3. afaik $emissiveblend does not work on eyes. the eyesrefract shader is pretty limiting. but not as limiting as the original eyes shader i was using.
1. The console complains about $ambientoccltexture when Pompy is onscreen.
2. The flashlight beam comes out from the bottom of the model instead of from her right hand. Missing attachments?
Great work though! As for the glowing eyes, have you tried $emissiveblend*? It's a shot in the dark but that worked from my experience for certain use cases in Left 4 Dead 2. I just don't have experience trying it with eyes.

You can try verifying integrity.
Other than that, I can't really say for sure cause it's your settings.
It's likely you're forcing the game to run in dxlevel 81. Which breaks the eyes.
My only guess is that you are running the game on DX8 or something which doesn't have proper support for the "new" eye shader im now using?

I do plan to do more if I finish the game and also figure out Godot extraction.
