After looking more in depth i was going through the wrong path, i opened the local files of project zomboid on steam which confused me, thanks for the help though!

@Sim0nG 「狐」thanks for the speedy reply! unfortunately this didnt seem to work, ive uninstalled, launched the game, closed it, installed the mod, and opened the game, yet the file still doesnt seem to appear

i cant seem to find the folder to change the spawn rates and such, the farthest i can get is media/lua/server, after that there is no config

Hey, thanks for not being like the other injector mod, who refused to ever fully elaborate on what the injectors all do, leaving me and my friends wondering for years now what the KN-2 ACTUALLY does.

The work you put in on that wiki is amazing and shows vast respect for your playerbase, not making them risk what could be a long running character on a gamble. Having the direct stats for our viewing pleasure is so cool

@matthew43577 Obdolbos2 gradually lowers character health to balance out its buffs. Lore-wise, the injector is homemade, hence the high risk of death. You can disable any effect from being applied in the Lua configs

@OmMan Vanilla loot chance does not influence injector distribution. You can set individual chances for each injector or a global chance in the config files in the 'media/lua/server/Config' folder

My settings loot are very low, but a lot of injectors spawn, can I reduce the spawn %?

Am I able to change the rarity/spawn rate of these injectors through the sandbox config file on my server? Or is it through the sandbox menu in-game through an admin character?

@Zero All injectors which change infection rate are only pausing it. The infected check is removed and infection progress is reset to zero. However if you get infected again, you'll immediately revert to the original infection rate.
It's a specific way PZ handles stats which I left in for balancing purposes :sleepyjill:

Time-wise, it’s just a matter of me getting my hands on it and debugging it properly;

@ДІмка Пітон Наразі я майже завершив повний перепис коду й планую виходити з альфа-тесту. Якщо в релізі виправлені баги не заміняться новими, то зі швидким переходом на В42 не виникне проблем. Орієнтовно це займе приблизно тиждень

@Hunter-Senpai due to the way PZ handles distributions in big modpacks, I decided to implement my own alternative to avoid excessive spawns. Because of that, injectors are not tied to any of the vanilla spawning mechanics, but rather to a separate script. The way how script works itself is changed via sandbox variables. So if you want to disable spawns, make them more rare or common - do so by modifying mod config

decrease the spawn rate or allow us to increase or decrease spawn rate pls. currently even. with settings at extremely low for food or meds im finding alot of injectors in all restrooms . in residential areas. in the hospitals or medical tents .it makes sense to find a good amount . but i find alot constantly in restrooms. they should be more rare imo . or lmk if its just my spawn rate . and yall are fine with it. then it might just be on my end. in one of my other mods thanks .

Yo dude, lov ur mods, especially the weapon cases one. My degenerate lootbox-addicted ass lives for cracking open those marked cases. Would be sick if you could make injectors work with that mod, like have them spawn super rare in military zones and come sealed like marked cases. God bless u, hope u keep dropping more EFT inspired mods.
