Update: Sorry about the lack of updates and the promised now content! A lot of (Positive) changes are going in my life and these are consuming my time! But I shall release the (Almost) full balance changes meant for the next big update right now so you fella's have something to play around with. It's a highly experimental update so please share any feedback/opinion and please report bugs! The update is out now!

I'll be active in the comment section if anyone has anything they wish to share!

The support turret has a known issue with it's firing animation which I aim to resolve in the next big update, along with other things to Polish this mod.

Update: There's been some leaks in my area and we all had to evacuate! we don't know yet when we can return but it's why the update hasn't come out yet! Sorry fella's. I don't have excess to my pc. I will release a small update however!

Update: expect the first part of the two part of the 2.5 update within two weeks time! Which will be 2.3. It'll incluse one new hero and a set of small bug fixes and some Balance adjustments

But I have bad news regarding 2.5 :O
Its still happening! Don't worry but it'll be delayed. Cause a incident happen and a friend of mine need a few weeks to recover from broken bones (all is fine! Don't worry) and I am helping her until than. But i am still determined to make 2.5. Just will be later than planned

Definitely gonna be future mods. But first I'd like to round out this one.
And ironically one plan is to indeed the supremacy Armor! Though that's awhile away as I need more expierence in... all departments. But that one will be a stand alone mod. Not certain about the hazard suits though. But talking about update. I'll share my future road map for this mod. The major update will be the 2.0 update and not only will it be content focused but it is also very close around the corner. Like less than 2 days around the corner. And than I am planning on going all the way to the 2.5 update which will be the final (planned update). And those update leading up to 2.5 will also be content related!

Oh yeah im talking about this mod and u future other mods if theres gonna be any, harbringer its already nicely done in my opinion. Cant wait for those new stuff/changes, would love to see some new battlesuits like hazard ones or..... 139 :D

Updates for the harbringer? Not certain what to add to it honestly. I am not a dawn of war player so I wouldn't know what more to add. Unless you meant this mod. Than i am still hard at work! Most stats and new content is done (except for the two new heros) and currently designing icons and models and making descriptions.

Though I realise that there might be a bit more of a interactive way of doing that instead of the T10 research, the thing is that there be folks who downloaded my mod just for the size increase as they found it really fun and it would be mean of me to remove it.
And the update is delayed for a few days :( I am running in some issues with a new unit I am animating atm. But maybe it'll be on time!

I'll add a means of transporting troops around the field late game as well most likely. I thought about it and I think it sense. Good suggestion!
And I'll add you your Harbringer as my thanks for your continued support! I appreciate your active involvement. But it'll be a separated mod. I'll send you the link when it's up. Though I'll keep the suit size increase. The Iridium plating and T10 research are meant specifically to keep those units relevant later on actually. To encourage diversity and interesting gameplay late game instead of just a clash of super heavies slapping against each other. Though I realise that there might be a bit more of a interactive way of doing that

so tau can actually have something to transport their troops, i saw this change in community pvp mod too, not sure about tabletop but seems legit, like how flying devilfish which is much faster than track transports in space marines or astra militarium have same movement range?

Ah and in my opinion after those changes i would remove increased size of crisis suits, its low tier unit overall so with other units being viable, especially large battlesuits i think its can be too op, but yeah like i said, thats my opinion.

Man, sure! thats u who is hard working here, im just giving ideas, im not expecting that u will add everything which i want/ask, im glad already that u think about some my ideas like breachers, especially when i think they are completely weak and need some love, about drone harbringer its up to you, i think u right thats its only dawn of war, so maybe we can think about other way how to make a devilfish more viable, lets look, we know thats tau have a lot of air transport vehicles like orca which devs didnt add, and tau in big maps (especially with mod for even bigger maps) have only devilfish to transport units, when other factions have teleports or just more range/better troop carriers, for example astra militarium ground carriers have same movement range as devilfish but are more tanky and can do more dmg, not mentioning a valkyrie with 6 movement etc. so what about giving devilfish a one movement more so 5 instead of 4 ?

I was actually looking into adding the additional weapons on the piranha atleast (it was supposed to be part of the 1.5 update) Did the modeling and animating and coding, though ran into some issues with how Gladius treats already existing stuff. It doesn't like it when new things are introduced to them. It's why the piranha got a accuracy increase instead. And about the drone harbinger from dawn of war. I looked into it and I only see it pop up as a dawn of war thing, not really anywhere else.
I could add it as a separate mod... because I like the idea but it's hard to justify for this one as I want this mod to be 101% lore and tabletop friendly as well as gladius friendly. Just tell me if you'd like that. I don't think it's that hard anyway.

Nice to hear that, TY2, about drone controller for devilfish, im not sure about lore cuz theres a vehicle like devilfish but without cargo capacity, just more drones, it was even in dawn of war 1 game, but piranha and devilfish in gladius dont have their additional weapons which are drone turrets, u can just spawn them (atleast with 5 turn cooldown, not 10 like for example infantry) so thats why i thought about giving a devilfish drone controller, but yeah propably better idea would be this devilfish variant with drones but thats much more work to do, and i think thats why devs reduced cooldown for drones in devilfish(piranha too) but yeah you are the boss, awesome job as always, cant wait for update! :steamhappy:

Hhmm, Moving them to T2 and giving the Breacher some extra juice is not a bad idea. I might add that. I like your drone controller idea as well. Though I need somekind lore or tabletop reason for that cause I don't want to add unfriendly stuff to the lore or tabletop. Next Major update is planned for next week to drop unless delayed so you might see the breacher buff appear there as well! Appreciate you sharing your thoughts bud!

Awesome, glad to hear that, good idea, if u can maybe consider about changes to other units too, like breachers, moving them for example to T2 and making them viable, even with removing this buff from shield drones which are pretty lul and actually giving them more dmg and armor like they should have? atleast in my opinion. Maybe also some changes for other vehicles like drone controler module for devilfish after research ? Thats only my random ideas, still mod is already great, thanks again.

And thst may or may include new units *Wink* but I agree on the Drones too. I am considering atleast making the morale hit a little more reduced though. Being shaken from a drone losing 1 hp is absurd. But not certain yet

Thx for that mod bro, finally TAU are playable compared to other biased factions, its boring, they have should their mobility and punch like in other games (dawn of war or even just tabletop), and in vanilla like whats the point to play with them ? space marines are better in any way. Drones would be good without morale loss but i prefer to leave morale loss to avoid drone spam as only way to play with them and just buff other stuff, buffs for big exosuits was really needed, they are completely garbage. Would love to see different battlesuits with another weapons, like crisis battlesuits but with mid range weapons (yea i know maybe theres no point of this, but still) i love crisis suits but only flame and missiles are boring, like for example space marines have different variants of their sm, for example terminators. Would love see some changes for example breachers too.

Hello! It's been a few days since the last update and I wish to give an update. Currently working on the next up "big" update of more rebalancing and added content!
Though I've been running into some issues which I am trying to fix before releasing it.
But I'll give a sneak peak! I would like to buff Tidewall shieldline passive, flechettes
as well as "for the greater good" and convert Auxiliary. And for the new content! The Tigershark will finally get it's Gun drones! Whoop whoop. Feel free to leave your thoughts here I'll respond to it as best I can.
