Playing the main story, where there was loading between two cutscenes, is where I got stuck indefinitely in loading screen. I uninstalled the mod and tried it again. It has been the same long loading times and freeze on same place. Last I used the old save created prior using this mod and everything is fine now.
If you have the same problem, try older save created before installing the mod, before author of this mod would be able to figure what is wrong.
Prior to this I was not using mods from Nexus and even from Steam’s workshop this was first mod I tried.
If you have mods installed with Vortex, then you have a mod_order.txt file in your mods folder. This gets auto-created every time you add/remove/enable/disable a mod with the mod manager. This file allows you to load mods in a specific order, but it also acts as a whitelist, only loading the mods listed inside.
If you want to have both Vortex and workshop mods, then the mod_order.txt file needs to be deleted, and must be deleted every time it gets created again. Either that, or install the Nexus mods manually so you don't have Vortex making this file. Only two workarounds for now till hopefully the issue gets fixed.
