It might not work because another mod changes the same file. The game first loads workshop mods in alphabetical order, then Nexus mods in alphabetical order too. That's why it works when installled from Nexus - the mod is loaded later. Try to remove all other mods and see if it works.

does it impact cutscenes quality

All files of Nexus default version and Steam version are absolutely identical. I just tested Steam version - it works fine. I have no idea yet why this is happening to you.

@Dr_Flexo
Same. I'll investigate if this happens to more players.

This one is broken since the patch, but the version on nexus works fine.

Somehow this is not working for me anymore, after the last patch I'd wager. at least it definitely did not work in the games last two cutscenes which I just experienced.

Mods do not disable the achievements.

It is disabled the achievements?

@zhiletka sounds about right. Fun mod anyways, cheers

Some cutscenes are pre-rendered at 30 FPS video files, so the mod won't make them smooth. It works for real-time cutscenes.

does wwhat It should but sometimes I feel like theres a reason for the cap. some cutscenes look slughis cause they look like they've been frame generated rather then "uncapped"
