sadly without the mod to show you which quests are timed. it does creat a roulette when it comes to saving.

Its actually an easy fix whether you want to fix it or someone wants to do a mod to piggy back this one. its only game breaking for people who have auto save on or if you try to save during a timed quest.

Yea, I play without autosaves, so the only issues I ever encountered was the morning ride with the graveyard keeper and the tourney.

Someone has a mod that tells you what quests have timers. So you can disable this mod or your saves, while completing those quests till it is fixed. I really do love this mod tho!!!!! A+ all the way!!!

I did a whole play through without a problem because i have auto saves disabled. I didnt actually notice it till i tried to save during a devil quest during a timed part.

Yeah this mod has crashes on the auto saves of quests that have timed parts. i've spent like 12 hours localizing to figure it out. The first one you have a problem with is the Quest to find Marika due to the timed nature of the quest. When you talk to her for the first time it starts a quest timer that the player can't see, as soon as you finish talking. This mod glitches that timer causing it to crash when saving. Same with the devil quests. to get rid of the crashes the mod will need to be updated to fix the quest timers as well as the main game time. However one way around this is to disable auto saves and finish the quests with timers before saving again.

This mod only affects the time scale. You should look at the crash log to see the actual reason behind the crash.

I like this mod but it keeps crashing when saving progress.
Ryse  [author] 3 May @ 5:47am
Which mission is that? It shouldn't cause any crashing. Normally it just locks dialog until enough time passes, but you can fix it by setting the time scale to 15 temporarily.

this mod used to work fine until the mission Storm and onward, crashes at every autosave points

@PaganPilot it does not scale sadly

Yes you can add mods from your phone/tablet. That’s great I can now browse and add them on the go. I added the 1:6 one.

I’ll look forward to trying it out when I get back to KCD 2 in a few weeks. I’m playing AC Shadows atm.
Geeks On Hugs 2 Apr @ 12:34pm
@PaganPilot thanks. I think I’ll try the 1:6 one that the author just mentioned. 1:1 just seems too slow. I do like to enjoy the transition of day and night and at 1:1 I think it would be rather rare to see.

I wonder if I can add mods on the mobile Steam app on my phone? Well I’m about to see…

There's a version that's 1:6, and vanilla is 1:15. So the 1:6 is the "in-between"

@goatis68 Totally

"You should make this 1:2, so 1h in game is 30min realtime, imo it would be better." I agree, while I do love that this mod takes away the need to rush completing some quest.....something in between this and vanilla seems like it would be the sweet spot!
PaganPilot 19 Mar @ 3:17am
@Geeks, what i've experienced is that this mod directly impacts how quickly energy and nourishment go down and how fast items decay because less in game time is passing. All those changes feel much more realistic. It also feels better that when I make one potion at the alchemy table, only a few minutes of in game time have passed instead of hours. Studying still takes the same amount of time since it is based on the "waste time" mechanic.

Please explain the practical effect of this mod?

Hey Ryse,

Thanks for sharing this. It's much appreciated.

You shoul make this 1:2, so 1h in game is 30min realtime, imo it would be better.

Is everything other tied to the time? Like eating needs
