could you possibly add affinity perks or skills upgrades to the spys? The one aspect of this game that i really think needs improved is the espionage. And adding the affinity perks would allow to custom tailor or boost your spys as fits your play style.

I've played using the mod and loved it then upgraded to rising tide. Bottom line please update for rising tide and maybe add a op that will sink costal cities to make the costal cities be less op as they are with no mods.

The mod is not yet ported over to Rising Tide, if you're still using it you may get issues.

Ah, it isn't compatible yet, I love this Mod as well but was annoyed it wasn't working. lol I love Mods, yours is a must have. Sure hope they fix the issues with BERT, it is a lot of fun to play. :^)

@CaptainSlender12: I haven't tested it with AI to be honest. But I don't think that the AI should be able to use these new Covert Ops though since I haven't fiddled with any AI stuff in this Mod.

umm can the AIs also use these covert ops? if so i probaly wont get it because i want ridickulus advantages all the time so i can wipe my enemys off the face of my gloruis planet Steins;Gate

I think that the Cyber-nuke is clearly the least useful one here. It is severely underpowered. Knocking out orbitals doesn't affect much truthfully, and the less range than the regular nuke or the lack of miasma makes it sort of a second rate nuke.... I think it needs to be buffed somehow to make it equal to the others.
Also, the level 16 affinity level makes them nearly impossible to use.

You can work every tile you own, but outside of three or four tiles from your city you can't purchase the tiles anymore.
I agree that the 'normal' nuke is more powerful than the cyber version.

nice, I just think the cyber nuke is worse than the regular nuke, as I beleive that the de-orbit satellites doesn't make up for the lost 1/6 population loss and the extra tile range. Also can't you only work 3 tiles away from your city, making the extra range not very useful?

@oldmanwynter: Well back in the day where I tested the mod it was supposed to completely delete any unused resource. So turning that into Petroleum was not intended, but is yet a nice side effect xD. When Life gives you Xenomass, make Petroleum and leave everyone wondering how the heck you did it!

The only oddity I've noticed is that resource bombing replaces any affected resources with 1 petroleum. Unless that was done on purpose.

Yeah I ran into the black box with and without this mod its not the mod ... Love this mod it makes being the ARC so much more fun

The "black box" bug is not due tot his mod. I recently got the bug playing without mods. It may fix itself over the course of many turns though.

Seems like you run into an issue of the game itself because my additional Covert Operations just hook into the already present Covert Operation Framework by Firaxis.
I am lately seeing quite a few people that have issues with my Mods out of thin air that i can't fix because it's somewhat related with the implementation of mods in CivBE.

Al i can advise you is checking if you're using any mod that potentially interferes with my mod (Any mod that modifies the CivBECovertOperations.xml and CovertOperationsSystem.lua)
and disable that.

Getting a problem with this mod. As soon as an outpost turns into a city after starting my covert ops for the first time, the covert ops screen goes black and I can't do anything on it. Any thoughts?

I suppose any mod that modifies the CivBECoverOperations.xml and the CovertOperationSystem.lua file. So pretty much any other mod that alters Covert Operations too.

'Industry Espionage' is way too powerful, 250 production (rank 2) can easily finish a wonder early on. also 'Meet Informants' give too much intrigue for how safe it is, other than that this mod is great!
