is there a mod like this one but for B41?

See discussion post on how to get this to work with buildables, like crates.

Addition to running speed: you and another guy select containers by different properties, so you does not overlap in 100% cases. I think it is better for you just add same type of override as he did (in fact it is 1 string for your code)

@poedgirl ,
1. another mod for running speed is working
2. To make JB's code fix transfer speed you need to call JB_MaxCapacityOverride.addContainer with new 5th argument

Also, haven't had a chance to test it yet, but it looks like JB's latest changes might fix the issue when you try to transfer from your main inventory.

For anyone looking for a solution for the slowdown issue when you have heavy bags,Nepenthe just released a mod for it!

I actually have such behaviour even with Fanny packs ( with 50 load + a lot of items) and 1 Strength character -> transfering timing from char inventory to bag is horrible.
It is faster to drop items to ground and put to bag
poedgirl  [author] 1 Apr @ 11:18pm
@ilovecake I noticed that with my play-through. Interestingly, that side effect only happens with things like backpacks. Fanny packs and containers that attach to other parts of the body are not affected. Another side effect I've noticed is once you've got a lot in a container, it takes forever to transfer from your main inventory to said container.

Unfortunately these issues would need to be fixed by the Max Capacity Override mod - all this one does is use that mod to apply the capacity.

yay, loot goblinism
nice mod

Hello Thank you for the mod I am unfortunately a hoarder and have a need to pickup everything so this mod is just what I needed. I have noticed when my bags go above 400 capacity, the character slows when running and when aimming. The bags registers the 10k max and 100% weight reduction. I use several other mods and have turned them off and just tested with backpack and still same results when the capacity goes above 400. If possible can you please look into it. Thank you.

Yes I used it all the time. It was amazing. Unfortunately it hasn't been updated for b42 :steamsad: If you are still playing on b41 though highly recommended. Just be careful adding to many to vehicles like I said. Also you might want to edit the lua to change the recipe...one of the ingredients is a feather...which is not something I don't usually stockpile. So I just changed it to not require that item.

@Flankspeed HAve you tried that mod you linked in B42? Looks interesting. I am always having issues with carrying too much myself...
Flankspeed 29 Mar @ 9:00pm
@poedgirl for containers you might look at making an item that gives you negative weight. In b41 if you added an item that gave negative weight, say -500, put the item in bookshelf and now the bookshelf can hold 500 more weight than before. It even worked in vehicles, though don't add to many. If you make the vehicle weight negative it will bug out and fly into the sky :-)
This mod is an example:

Thanks, this works very well.
Pavlus 28 Mar @ 1:49am
@poedgirl As long as you can do it, IT would be great
poedgirl  [author] 28 Mar @ 1:30am
@Pavlus I can definitely look into it, however it'll need to be done in a very different way, so I'll probably make it a different mod just so people can pick and choose.

can this affect bookshelves, tables and other storage places for those of us who love to save all there loot in their base?
