As for grappling hook up special... yeaaa-
It was NEVER shown or documented during his +5 minutes of screentime, so I don't got many excuses to add/explain that to anyone who has watched SMBZ.
I do got a list of excuses why I made it "Specter Knight's Dash Slash (from Shovel Knight)"
• It fits in as a utility for the combo mechanic
• It plays into the "High Risk, High Reward" playstyle I was intending of designing
(Same with Foward Strong)
• Unfortunately, I advocate designing characters with notable flaws & weaknesses
(Beyond "Just parry it")
• I think Specter Knight Dash Slash is cool, lol
