If the issue persists, please upload it to the Workshop and share it!
thexboxpc1 21 Jul @ 11:27pm
it should be identical to the standard format just has a very long range
MumenR  [author] 21 Jul @ 6:10pm
I’m not familiar with thepoxpc1’s Infinite Range Basic Radar, so this is just a guess — but if the output format can be made compatible, it should be possible to use it.
thexboxpc1 21 Jul @ 5:59pm
i dont know why it does that it shouldnt cause any issues weird
jz129 21 Jul @ 11:09am
Hi could you alter the radar to work with thepoxpc1's infinite range basic radar? the phalanx's are quite big, and the vanilla basic radars don't have enough range. However when I replace the phalanx's with the modded radar it glitches out and for me, it just spams a ton of radar signatures to the 3'o clock area of the vehicle (using HMD)

To reflect altitude in a waypoint marker, input the waypoint’s Z coordinate (altitude) into channel 3 of the WPD1 input.
Note that with Map V2, you cannot set the autopilot altitude directly.
Javelius 16 Jul @ 3:38pm
I don't understand how I can set the HEIGHT in the coordinate label for autopilot. I use it in a helicopter.

So, you mean you’d like it to be in a VLS (Vertical Launch System) format? If that’s the case, it’s already implemented. Please look forward to it!
By the way, I’m not a native English speaker and I use a translator, so my meaning might not always come through clearly. I apologize for that.
i ment more like the control part like the missile is pointing up and then fly's tward the target . sorry for my spelling im drunk
MumenR  [author] 13 Jun @ 12:21pm
By “data link,” do you mean mid-course guidance? If so, that feature is already implemented in my missiles — both in previous versions and in the upcoming ones.
As for the “S-300 style,” are you referring to a cold-launch system? It’s definitely a cool concept, but it tends to increase the size of the missile, so I’m not planning to include it at the moment.
That said, I may give it a try if I have the time and resources in the future.
εïз PurpleStarNova εïз 13 Jun @ 12:09pm
idk if you could do it but i would love if you made a data link thing for a missile, like you know aim-120 style if there is that already i did not see, also if it worked with VLS for let say a S-300 style

Right now, I’m working on an FCS that allows multiple target lock-ons via HMD, along with compatible missiles.
I’m also developing a versatile VLS that can handle mixed weapon types.
Most of the core features are complete, so I should be able to release it soon!
εïз PurpleStarNova εïз 13 Jun @ 11:16am
what feature is it that you are working on?
jz129 12 Jun @ 9:42pm
chadgineer
thexboxpc1 1 Jun @ 11:00am
no problem
MumenR  [author] 1 Jun @ 10:32am
There are quite a few things I'm currently working on, so it’ll probably be a while before that feature is ready.
I’d really appreciate your patience in the meantime!
thexboxpc1 1 Jun @ 10:28am
the recommendation was what i was referencing i wanted something like that but with anti air functionality
MumenR  [author] 1 Jun @ 10:23am
Thanks for the great idea!
I’m currently working on an FCS that allows locking targets via HMD and guiding missiles mid-flight — please stay tuned!
That said, this FCS currently uses only a small number of radars and isn’t accurate enough for unguided gunfire.
A ballistic trajectory display feature would definitely be great to add in the future.
If you need that function right away, I recommend checking out the “HMD Trajectory Gun Sight” for now.
thexboxpc1 1 Jun @ 10:10am
ik thats a lot to ask but i feel it would be really cool
thexboxpc1 1 Jun @ 10:10am
possible v3 that has a target indicator similar to the trajectory hmd thing but you can lock radar targets based on where you are looking so you press a hotkey and it locks the closest target to where you are looking then you select a gun type in the properties and you can see where you will shoot relative to the target it would also be nice if you could have a output that you can transmit to a missile so you can make SARH missiles it would just send the coords of the target the rest would have to be done missile side maybe a matching micro on the missile that guides it to the target?
MumenR  [author] 1 Jun @ 6:28am
The physics sensor data and seat inputs are probably compatible between the two.
However, the radar data and weapon system data aren't interchangeable.
Ifanooz 31 May @ 6:05pm
does it work with HEVS hud?
MumenR  [author] 6 May @ 5:11am
The color of the microcontroller was incorrect, so I fixed it. There are no changes to the contents.
thexboxpc1 6 May @ 4:57am
what updated?
Mogul_Loco 21 Apr @ 5:26am
This is the best HMD I have seen! Can't wait for the future of your builds.
MumenR  [author] 10 Apr @ 9:46pm

Put a microcontroller on each seat, because each seat has its own viewpoint, which requires entirely different calculations.
UIU_Trooper 10 Apr @ 9:33pm
what do i have to do to connect the copilot to also use the hud
MumenR  [author] 8 Apr @ 4:33am
Top right off place? Does that mean it's not as it appears in the video? If so, please check the orientation of the Physics Sensor. If that doesn't work, upload it to Workshop and share it.
AgentDale 8 Apr @ 4:19am
How do i properly center the horizon line on the HUD to the seat? its currently in the top right off place.
MumenR  [author] 6 Apr @ 8:07am

Sorry for the confusion.
The FCS I mentioned earlier can be used as a guidance system if connected to a missile.
Here's an example for reference.

i was talking if you have or could make a missile lead pursuit thing for a radar missile but alright :3
MumenR  [author] 6 Apr @ 7:51am

However, I haven't developed an FCS that works in conjunction with an HMD yet.
That said, I do plan to develop one in the near future, so please stay tuned.
MumenR  [author] 6 Apr @ 7:47am

Are you referring to locking onto a target and predicting its future position?
If so, it's a somewhat older technology, but I've previously developed systems like the FCS Type 3.
That system uses ELI output, which isn’t compatible with SRD1, but I believe it can be converted to SRD1 with some modifications.

ik this is not related to this but i have one question,

is it possible you could one day make a controller for a missile that adds lead to its targeting?
MumenR  [author] 6 Apr @ 6:25am
Physics Sensor

If the Physics Sensor and seat are on the same merge, it can be used even if you are on a turret.
Jason_Nighthawk1 6 Apr @ 6:18am
can this be used on turrets?
Mr.Alastor 5 Apr @ 9:25pm

Any radar can be installed as long as it can output SRD1. A single radar can be installed as long as it can output SRD1. Similarly, any map can be installed as long as it can output WPD1. Although I have not confirmed it yet, Map V2 should basically work with 2*2 displays.
If you do not need these functions, it will work without connecting them.
BlueSwetie 3 Apr @ 7:25pm
do i NEED 4 radars? i have only enough space for one, and it wont look good as a phalnax, but if i need to i am fine with phalnax, but i cant use 4 radars.
also do i need a map display? it might seem stupid but im just making sure, i also dont have space in my plane for a 5x3 monitor, only for a 2x2
