love the map, but the outside highway connections are badddd. Specifically the intersections, clogs up insane amounts of traffic very quick. Good solution I found was enabling "vehicles may enter blocked intersections" in the junction policy section (TMPE) if you don't want to unlock the entire map instantly to fix this issue.

I am not a fan of using the national road as an outside connection. It clogs up traffic a lot and spawns a lot of tourists who will only look for a u-turn and leave a mess at the first possibility to turn around and leave the city due to a bug in the game.

@Waffles thanks for experimenting with it, and giving me the results, saves me trouble haha! I agree, I was placing the harbour in the bay alongside some custom shipyards as one would see in natural harbour cities around the world. Quite a shame.

@Chairman - I was about to comment more, so I did some trials & errors, when I set a harbor closer to the sea (for instance the little sandy shores) it works, but the main attraction of such a map is having the ship traffic going inside the bay ofc. I also edited the map a bit myself to see if changing some connections would fix it, but couldn't find anything.

Down the line though, I know for sure it's not a mod issue, since I tried with a clean reinstall of CS & unsubscribed to all mods except the map, same result.

I'm quite sad about this because this map is really great, but without being able to exploit the bay with ships, it loses it's sparkle for me :(

@Waffles I have the same issue, tried the same fixes, still no ship in sight

SUPER NICE

@Stone, there are basically no dependencies, the map theme isn't needed. You can use whatever one you feel will fit the best.

@Waffles I have no idea what is the issue, I don't know of any conflicts

nice!

Nice map, wish it didn't have half a gig of dependencies.

Hey ! I wasn't sure wether or not I place the harbors with Anarchy so I bulldozed & then put them back without, still the same issue. I don't use much mods except for assets, themes & so on, as well as essentials like Traffic manager (but haven't used it on this save yet). Do you know of any conflicts ?
cysiek1239  [author] 11 Apr @ 1:04pm
The ships don't pass since there are no direct routes from first to second outside connection, but this isn't the problem. For the harbor I have no idea, maybe you placed it with anarchy? Or try to buldoze it and place again?

Hello ! Am I the only one for whom ship connections don't seem to work ? I started by building a little harbor in creative mode, and even if I make the only connection to my city be the harbour, no ship seems to appear. There's also no ships that just pass by like on the other maps

Coming back to the comments to compliment the railway bridge arch! Bravo!

Lots of beautiful work in this map. I personally got to work detailing the bridge construction site, what a fun prompt. Thanks very much for sharing your handiwork!
