random generated ones will actually take as much traits as they have points or until all 5 slots are full.
this could be the case for the society trait aswell

Yeah, I didn't know that since not every game does it the same. I usually would just make my own and I did end up doing it since the tutorial you have hear showed me how easy it was, but sometimes its easier to tweak something someone else made that you liked and are only using for yourself

as far as i know if you like to edit my mod, you have to take it out of the worksho folder and put it in the mods folder, for the change to stick, otherwise the game will auto sync the files from the workshop

the lower in the order the better usually for mods that change things like this since they will be loaded last or at least that's how I do it.

I also found out what my issue was, I was trying to edit the file by using someone else's mod I just ended up creating my own and it worked, looks like you have to edit the file while in a mod so the change sticks but the only way I found that considers the editor to be in a mod is if you make your own as workshop mods don't work for some reason.

i cant seem to change the form trait point value, i follow the instructions but it changes back to what this mod has when i have this mod active or to the value of a different mod if i have that one active, and never seems to have the value i change it to when i check

Yeah I meant that one. It wasn't working anymore so I was dumbstruck for a while, until I found this one.

The added society point is a nice bonus.

this one is pretty much the same but instead of 12 you get 15 point just to round it up and that new society trait for that extra 3th society point ^^

you mean the 12 point mod? Yes it was taken down cuz i was missing my original files and couldn't update it, which was necessary, so i made a new version :)

@glab, i can't test it either but i just think it has something to do with older versions of these types of mods, hence why that one mod did not cause this bug, so i made a completely new one.

Im not sure but i also noticed that the file, you have to edit for that had something new to it so that kinda reinforces my theory maybe.

This is a new version of my 12 Trait Point mod, since i lost my original files of that mod and therefore couldn't update it :bonfire2:
