Glad to hear you enjoy. Answer is: no unfortunately. However, I've sent a message to the author of a mod from KCD1 that allows into Cuman faction but he didn't respond. I'm not experienced in faction tables. But you can hang out with Cumans in Nomad Camp on Trosecko region

Add Ottoman Perk and since Henry is an European he should have Janissary perk

I remember in KCD1 there hidden Cuman killer perk. Kill about 100 Cumans to unlock it, not this one.
