Updated and Pushed forward some new change's.
a note which has not been mentioned this is Traveller Compatible for those who use traveller.

Another note - I am working on reworking Orthodoxy a little for reclaiming holy cities or provinces with Orthodox significance.

Done some tweak's to the idea's, merc companies and subjects ...after some personal teasing in my own run... that I'll push forward soon.

1) For the mercenaries after comparing to M&T and the overall usability of the companies and the overall vision to reward the slow rebuilding of the empire - Instead of a few larger companies (who's manpower kinda suck's more so when you compare to M&T) you will now be given the option to establish state invested mercenary companies (which goes with the feel of investing in M&T 3.0) as you reclaim Greece and Western Anatolian territories, each company has a size of 2 units and a manpower pool of 8k , these being a sort of upgrade to the earlier Tagmata system, which are established by the Eastern Roman Empire imperial capital

(they basically run as private companies owned by the state which run job's through out the realm, be that for the nobility, burgers, ect ect, this allows for cheaper Merc's while the state reserve the right to levy the forces of their companies with the promise of riches from the loot of war, the vision is to make it so that 1 merc unit costs the same as 2 state personal army unit's so double the cost with the scope of how Tagmata where, who's pay largely came from war loot as compared to the Imperial coffers, their are a total of 9 such companies to Establish.

2) Their has also been an introduction to 2 new companies who's size is also 2 units, the Kataphraktos Crops and the Grenadier's Corps.

3) The Larger Tagmata Company has been replaced as the Varangian Guard made up of 3 unit's (for balance they are more expensive to use yet they gain some small buff's to get that VIKING feel but probably still a-little cheaper than they should be). The other Companies have stayed the same with tweaks to cost and buff's however as compared to the private companies they too are more expensive to make use of. All the companies mentioned here manpower pool have been brought more in-line with M&T.

4) As a side note the regular company you start with act's as s sort of foreign company more costly than the internal companies but cheaper than the other companies added by the mod.

5) As for Idea's: I've tweaked the ideas around and brought in a Tagmata idea as well as a Silk Road Idea.

And finally in term's of the Subject's I have tweaked it so that you can call your Strageos to your wars however the favour cost is roughly 1.7x compared to calling in an ally.

Hey everyone, I'd forgotten to include the changes to re add back in the government reform progress bar and and to the tool tip for ara reforms that you require 400 progress to enact..

Also need to how much you gain each month.
