This is very fun, please make a version with no cap on bounty points <3 I think it would be very fun to defend my team from specials by sniping them on top of the boat house in the finale of Death Toll and by the time the boat comes, im one hit from death (but i saved my team)

Ahh okay, I was wondering if it was possible or not.

Yeah the spawn range would be interesting since I think it only applies for SI behind the survivors. Smokers sometimes spawn behind the survivors so I don't know where the perfect distance would be to still allow that while minimizing long catch up. Would also be interesting to have a really short distance so that basically all SI have to spawn in front of survivors immediately if falling behind.

For the bounty mod is there a way to add the bounties to the bots? My testing only has players being able to accrue the bounty.

Haha this reminds me of that fallen survivor thief mod that someone made awhile ago! This would be a great addition to that!

first one is possible, second is a plugin and i don't think it's possible to be made as vscript

Ah okay, I always wondered why that wasn't a mod, makes sense.

Two other ideas:
Reduced distance for SI to respawn-I've had it happen a lot where a smoker or boomer will slowly follow the survivors from behind and take about a minute or two before respawning near the survivors again. I don't know if you could reduce the distance it takes for the SI bots to respawn but that would likely help/fix the problem of SI chasing survivors unnecessarily.

Change SI before spawning-I've been in some modded servers where you had the option to right click as a SI ghost to change the SI you would spawn as. For example, if the game set me as a jockey when respawning, you could right click and then change into a charger or whichever SI that wasn't currently spawning or alive.

I have zero experience with modding and coding, so I have no idea if these ideas are possible, but it would be awesome if they are. As always I greatly appreciate all the mods you've made :)

unfortunately, no matter how i try i cant make the survivors speed reaches more than the default max speed.

there is indeed a way i thought about but it'll effect the adrenaline so im hesitant to publish it

One I've been hoping someone would make is a mod that changes survivor speeds, maybe a 200%, 150%, and 75%?

this is a new idea i made and i'll be using it as refrence to make other versions, i'll surly try to update it and upgrade it to make some cool new idea's

Really cool idea, sort of a good counter-balance to your gain HP for killing SI. Can it be percent-based rather than additive? I haven't tried it out yet but based on the video you uploaded the spitter would likely be too strong. Also not sure about the headshots giving 2 bounty instead of 1, kind of counter-intuitive to encourage players to not instantly kill SI, but it is your mod so I'll just subscribe and be mostly happy lol

Is the bounty also applied on common infected, like, the more bounty, the higher chance to aggro common infected nearby when shooting/ attacking? If it's not, you can try to apply it too, by using "RushVictim" (check List of L4D2 Script Functions for details for "RushVictim"). You can use "RandomInt", & use the bounty number on the "RandomInt" (like "if(RandomInt(1,100) <= bountynumber)") to trigger "RushVictim" to aggro the common infected to the survivor with high bounty.
