Honestly this probably should have been in the game! Massalia's weakest point is that their units are very lackluster. Anyway great mod idea, maybe you can make the units a bit greek looking but keep their celtic origins.

you might try to edit the noble horse...Maybe try to add some hellms?(I know this will effect all factions but when you are fighting with them lets say that they are neighbours of your faction and some greeks traveled to they land)

I probarly will maybe adding some "normal" spear units and might add some special units like savage dogs
