Very cool ship! It just seems like all the flak warheads are marginally effective against slimmer warship targets at the velocity that the nitromethane-powered missiles can achieve. Nose-forward ships just shrug off these missiles. I would go for a lower explosive mass to tighten down the shrapnel spread and focus it into the target, and also switch to a more performant propellant mixture like Nitrous Oxide/RP-1 or NTO/UDMH.
