splinks versions were definitely rushed with a crazy short deadline

regardless, they're all still great, and I still get conflicted which versions to use
another reason i prefer staying with your versions, even if the textures change
i take pride knowing you've done research and spent time and effort on them
but for what it's worth, and i'm sure i'm not the only one, i appreciate you
there's been so many different versions of these, before any "era"
so i'm glad there's a bit of variety with yours, as well as versions working properly
while there's a few "beta era" items i enjoy, like hazel's sky boxes, i get it
does indeed feel like it's overstayed it's welcome, and been here long before now
fairfield terror and zero and whatever else back then was just an appetizer
however, please don't remove these, as i said, yours feel like they're done right
don't worry, it'll blow over like any trend or phase and people will forget about it
people still losing their shit over that whole nightmare mod pack, for example lol
2007 survivors have source eyes, custom textures per mouth, and some updated model shapes, they also added shine
2008 got downscaled textures, but added normal maps, gave Bill a darker beard, Louis a hoodie and bandolier, and Francis got some mesh edits in his armpit area to have smoother deformation
