Could Ola create a desert map?
A map that does not need to have constructions or trees this map must have a rural road being mostly flat and very open may have a very simple ferrea line styles the African colonies. I do not know how to create a map yet.
I also want maps of the great Russian countryside I'm tired of urban maps qero experience something very wide and open like desert and Ukrainian farms with very few shrubs.
Can you create and inform me?

I'm looking for a very simple open desert map representing El Alamen
On this map do not need trees or houses only open desert and gigantic simple country road with a ferrea line

Create a version of this giant-sized, fairly open map depicting a common flat desert with nothing and is possible with some sandstorms

what have you done to our favorite map???
it´s completely crap now.
we can´t start in the west, hedges everywhere so no bunker or 88 can shoot. enemy from 3 directions.
please upload the old map.

we don´t want to play this!!!!!!!

thanks! Also try the TEST version. I want to reduce the "spawn killing", which is basically what is the most effectiev strategy atm, but the least desirable.

with spearhead mod its already a bit of expert even on standard, and even this way the other side always fails :S

@No please. I think you should try expert, there are no way use infantry to defense.

@No please. That strat is exactly what I was afraid for. The Soviet entrance is abusable. The units that enter the battlefield do not have time to aim yet and thus you can shoot them even before your "blob" is in danger. I want to avoid this. Maybe by placing a couple of larger, indestructable hedges, or by smoke bombing that choke point every wave.

You can still use infantry and tanks, just have to position them properly. Look at my sturmpioneers :D

good point HC Rangerlead. This is always hard to balance, but we think it's too boring if they don't fire. PAK43s are really expensive now and the waves are quick and harder to kill, making them outrun your PAK defenses easier and some more mobile (tanks) AT a must.

now in normal or harder, all units can fire, so there are only MGbunker and PAK43 can use to defense. If use Infantry or tanks to defense are impossible and too easy to die.

i think, if increase the number of units and boss in each wave, and all units will not fire, that will be more fun and balance.

haha. Thanks for the update! Ye it's supposed to be balanced without a mod, but I know it's still a little too hard for that, since the bosses and units are quite tough then. I will try playing it too and further balance it.

Completed this today on expert with henrypad, Henry Blackburn & Pasargadae. It's EXTREMELY hard now, after the update, but possible with a bit of thought. The supertanks are perhaps too hard. Anyway, it was a lot of fun. Thanks again.

@Rangerlead. I found the problem. There were 10 or more units a lot stronger instead of just 1 (the boss). It's fixed now.

Completed Expert today (after many failed attempts) on the original 4v4, using annihilation mod. Fairly easy with 4 solid players and mass OKW pak 43s :)

Each map we make, we can set at which wave mines, units etc, get either bombe, damaged, or destroyed. in this map, the startup message already says: mines possible in the first three waves.

Oh I thought the planes destroy any kind of mines and traps on the roads? Thats what i did on the other map and the planes just destroyed all my traps.

Build the infantry mines asap. Yes if you play alone it's hard, but if you rush a pioneer to the entry points of the waves, it is a piece of cake. I always try to kill them at the very end (pos 3 and 4) so you have more time = more resource income. It should be a piece of cake to kill them if you are with 4 players. I delayed it now in an update with 15s.
@Aqua In our next update we will set that retreating units won't be effected by Karma.

Good map, I think they spawn a little too early for the Whermacht though, can't even get an MG to the center in time for the first wave. I also think the damage inflicted by being on the roads should be toned down a little here, units tend to retreat along them and tanks are naturally prone to drive on them and suddenly explode when Karma kicks in, especially chasing down the right-side exit branch. Love the mod and the waves I've seen so far have been really well balanced and a lot of fun
