Hi, I may add stat configuration in the future. Dynamically changing skirt colour based on selected skins isn't really feasible since those are baked into the sprites themselves. Body and hand skins do automatically desaturate to try and match her colour palette however.

This is honestly my favourite mod ever. I love the mechanic of possession and the support you can give teammates with certain enemies. This is such a well crafted mod and I've really enjoyed playing it :3

Hello! The character is quite interesting, and I enjoyed playing him. I wanted to ask you some questions. Do you plan to add changes in the amount of character health and sanity to the character settings in the future?
Are you planning to add skirt color changes in the future when putting on any item of clothing?

Hi, probably not no. Being unable to eat food during possession (amongst other restrictions) is part of her gameplay design!

Good idea, I think I will implement that! I was planning on tweaking the penalty build-up rates a bit as well, so that fits.

Hi! I have a small suggestion:
Would it be possible to allow monsters I possess—like Dragonfly—to carry heavy objects?
I think it would add more utility and depth to these types of monsters.

I think the fix for re-opening backpacks on unpossess with extra equip slot mods is causing crashes. Unfortunately I had problems getting the one linked below to work, so I tried a different one and that did work.

I haven't received a crash log yet for this issue, but I've added some measures around where I think the problem is to hopefully fix it. Let me know if it still causes issues.

I didn't notice that quelling candle now heals, for now to avoid breaking walls i just jumped on a boat with him so he cant jump back to land.

Hey, as of a recent update the Quelling Candle heals 10% of a tethered monster's health per day. And yeah, at the moment it doesn't prevent monsters from destroying walls, just from targeting them and things beyond. I recommend possessing tethered monsters without going inside their enclosure first: you should be able to open/close gates and such during possession to get in and out.

i'm not sure if it's bug but quelling candle doesn't prevent clockwork rook from destroying walls, Also if it's possible i'd love to have ability to heal while possessing as it's almost impossible to heal it without making it rampage everywhere

Fuelweaver doesn't have an awakened item. I hadn't thought of it earlier but he should probably be unpossessable, since other shadow creatures can't be possessed either.

Yes, found the culprit, it is extra-equip-slot-eqs . When backpack is in extra backpack slot this happens. Maybe all other mods that add extra backpack slots also cause this issue?

Yeah, I'll have a look into awakened item eating protection. As for the backpack issue, that doesn't happen on my end. Could you list any other mods you have enabled?

Also the fact that backpack (where all healing food usually is) is getting closed each time you unposses or get kicked out of the host is very deadly, since to open it again character must stop and do animation.

Can we have some kind of protection from eating Awakened Eyeball and Guardian Horn? Like holding Alt to confirm eating or something.

I would be happy about anything thirst related that is specific to a character. Maybe just bigger thirst pool than other characters.

It is just fun mod and I had a thought that ghost character could interact with thirst a bit differently. Even without that, I like her a lot.

Hey Luneyl! I'm not sure I understand, is there a reason you would want to play with Dehydrated Mode without thirst? I would say it still makes sense she would need to drink, considering she needs to eat as well. But I'm not too familiar with the mod, so let me know.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it. And thanks for the report. Unfortunately the Legion mod appears to overwrite the core animation system present on players, which I used to determine when to hide or show Wieneke during possession. I've tried to implement a fix in the latest update by having it revert to the vanilla animation system, which might cause other problems, but it seemed ok from a quick test.

Yeah those are good ideas. I actually noted down the same bird ability during development, but I'm afraid it'll tip her power over the edge. Since she can already fill a ton of niches and excel at them too, even if it costs a lot of hunger. I might consider it still though!

Also yes, you can already heal boss items with stuff like healing salves. I recommend checking out the other features thread for a more in-depth look into the more obscure mechanics.

thx... seriously i'm loving the mod
dunno if i may... i was wondering if you could make like possessing:
-bat gives you nightvision
-birds could acttualy fly where you choose in the map at hunger cost
-carry heavy stuff with beefalo etc... at more hunger cost or any downsides you wish to

maybe a way to heal the boss items to awaken them healthyly... if there is a way sry i just started testing the mod and i dunno how to

Apologies about that, the invisible bug should be fixed now. Ah yeah, being unpossessed after re-logging is intentional, but I understand that drowning in this situation can be frustrating. In the most recent update you should now spawn at a nearby landmass if you were in the ocean the last time it saved, similarly to how it works when you drown (though without losing your items and health).

getting forced unpossessed out of a creature(otter was the one in my case) on water... gets you stuck invisible unable to do anything literally, except for opening the console... by the way amazing mod fr i'm loving it pls fix it

Could you elaborate? I'm not sure I understand. It seems to work like before on my end, whether hosting without caves or with and with/without lag compensation on. Does this happen on your own character or on someone else in multiplayer?

um I GOT A HUGE ISSUE in the new update when you possese something theeres a bug that shows your charachter along wtih what you possesed like behind the thing you possesed when you walk its pisseing me off please fix it

Yes, i have tried many tests with pair mods. And i found it sure error when both 2 those mods enabled. Your mod works fine with others mods, i also played that mods with other mods, it not error. And it just error when someone try to pick character Walter. Hope you can check, i knew More Pet mod is old update. I don't mean to say the error is from your Mod, but since the other mod is no longer updated, I hope you can check your mod, and is there any way you can help me?
