Are you using a AI Random Shipset selector mod? Usually this shipsets should only be used if you have an ai empire created with it.

Or an empire splitted by your own faction if you use fed ships

This is just NSC3 patch, so if that happens while only using this mod and the original, it might be a issue of the original mod, cause my mod just adds shipclasses and doesnt change something on AI behaviour

i am having an issue where the AI uses these ship-sets as well, kinda breaks the experience when a frantic xenophobe is using federation ships

It's a shame that the majority of the vessels don't actually have weapon hardpoints, or locations. A lot of the weapon shots just come from the centre mass.

Thanks I reloaded NSC and it worked. Turns out the ship components all shifted up one space taking out the reactor slot.

I just started a new game and did via Research all a test on the NSC3 Ships.
For me everything is working. I can pick and switch Reactors as much as i want.

Maybe you need to redownload NSC3? After a patch of Stellaris there was a issue with reactors, but it should be fixed already. I just can say taht on my side everything of this mod is working. :)

Hi! First off THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for created this mod!! I've been wanting to use these fabulous shipsets with NSC for the longest time.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this happen to them, I have been playing using the TNG ship set and noticed that so far all the NSC ships do not have their reactors, thus making them unusable. I have used the load order and nothing else seems to be out of order. Not sure if its just me or the ship sets or i'm doing something weird.

@Fran im more thinking its a matter of load order positioning for all mods related to this. I put this, NSC, and all mods pertaining to this at the top of my load order, in the order provided in the description, and I haven't been having problems. Needless to say this is by far one of my favorite patches ever in modding (Ive done a lot of modding lol)

Yeahh thats the thing... Maybe a deeper issue in your Modselection? Sadly can't help you there. All i was able to do is hurring and waking people up to check my mod if everything works :D But gladly its atleats not on my side :D

Thats the thing, this is a new playset I made the other night not even over 100 mods and its mainly just shipsets (I use multiple shipsets because I change shipsets in different era's using the change set mod). Right now im weeding out what could be affecting it. I dont see how it would be affected like it is right now though if all that has been changed is asset files.

@Austin_Legend Ok...yeah i found out on my side its because i have the original file that the workshop file doesnt loads ^^

It should not be incompatible with much stuff. If you play the Total Conversion of Star Trek NC or another total conversion maybe its that issue.

It should not, because its just adding ships to the original shipsets and does not anything in technologie, or other stuff. It might be something on your side, or you already have a star trek related mod

After troubleshooting it turns out theres a good chunk of mods that this mod is incompatible with. I pulled it into its own playset and it works there but in my other with numerous mods it ceases to function. Im gonna do some weeding to see which mods are retarding this mod

Sadly not all Shipsets are Patchable. Some are pretty special, others are to old, but i try my best. Let me know if you miss a shipset on NSC3 :)

Absolutly me too. It's next to the Prometheus-Class my Place 1 in the Star Trek Universe. I did flew that ship in every Star Trek Game a played. Was even my main ship in Star Trek Online.

@Shadowtempest I was seriously considering it. But since it also fullfills as a torpedo boat and was strongly build to defeat the borg, i did let it be a strike cruiser.
Also i didnt wnated to have to much ships of the same class fullfilling to much jobs.

so i went for the bigger ship to fullfill the carrier role. Also Akira was an Escort Carrier, so not a full role Carrier. Fullfilling this slot also in Star Trek Online (even if that game is not as lore accurate)

Since you can build a light carrier slot onto the cruiser with NSC, i think its fine to stay there also

You're very welcome @tilarium. Me and LauraTons are working on making much more shipsets NSC3 compatible. We are ourself fan of it and sad that so few sets are not compatible with it :)

This pack here includes all factions of walshicus.

The seperate mod is an entire different shipset.

first thank you for making this i have wanted this since those ship sets came out

the only question is the load order i am guessing this should be loaded after the ship sets
