(This occurred with the original Robotrauma mod, too. I think it's something to do with item tags? I'm not too well versed in modding, personally... )
Yes, they should be resistant to "husk infection"
1) Thank you for the fix, the burn and the acid is alot more tolerable. In fact, it also feels like 1 mudraptor isn't an automatic death sentence anymore.
2) @ChrisWaffle, the robots have a couple extra vulnerabilities but it's not like they're gonna be OP.
(If it's mentioned in other comments then I am sorry)
Does this mod address how absolutely busted robots were in Robotrauma? I sincerely do not mean to come in with a bad impression or expectation, I actually was pleasantly surprised to see this remake.
I run a MP server, we do weekly sessions and I've done a campaign with Robotrauma before. Robots, without a doubt, were OP as hell lmao, I say that playing as one.
If this question is answered already somewhere obvious, feel free to have me shot at dawn.
Thank you! I'll test the new update soon.
I appreciate your response and I understand where you're coming from. I’m not deleting feedback to hide anything — I simply want to keep the comment section clear of repeated posts that may confuse other users into thinking nothing is being done.
The issue you’re mentioning has already been fixed in the June 30 update, and it’s available now. I’ll make sure to highlight important bugfixes more clearly in the changelog or the description in the future so people are aware the problems have been addressed.
Your input is valuable — if you still encounter the issue after the latest patch, please feel free to report it. I’m always open to bug reports. Constructive feedback is welcome.
Also, me and another person looked back at previous comments and noticed "Hey, somebody also made a mention of this but it was WEEKS ago and nothing's still changed"
I get you may have some other things to focus on, and I understand that, but you can't just blatantly delete commends that repeat the same message because all it does is make it seem like you're hiding something.
Writing criticism and overlooking older comments where they still exist. Is sending the wrong message to me. I clearly wrote in older comments that I am fixing this problem.
""Please write without any criticism"; except, if there wasn't a problem, then I wouldn't be writing to begin with." - So you think writing criticism about this problem is appropriate?
Somehow I don't think so. Besides, as I wrote earlier, I don't tolerate messages that are written openly about criticism rather than about a problem. So in the future, instead of criticizing, it's better to write the problem right away.
Then you would have no issue for further mention of the problems then. I don't understand why you are deciding to delete comments that are trying to highlight an issue.
"Please write without any criticism"; except, if there wasn't a problem, then I wouldn't be writing to begin with.
Deleting the comments just sends a bad message, even if those comments may seem repetitive.
It's not my problem that you can't read other old comments where I mentioned that it will be fixed. I read all comments and try to answer them when possible in my time. And your criticism is not to highlight the problems. If you see a problem other than high damage dealt to Robots, please write without any criticism. I will not tolerate such criticism, everyone has their own time and privacy and this must be respected as well.
Burn damage is multiplied. Acid Burn damage is also multiplied.
After running a test with this mod and the original robotrauma mod, I can say for certain that Ballast Flora can now instantly kill you if you're not careful, and fires in the sub can very QUICKLY kill you if you're not careful.
Unfortunately, my and a couple other peoples' comments are being deleted highlighting these issues, and while this isn't my mod, it's also not that great to delete a comment that's merely highlighting an issue.
For repairing blunt force trauma and burns: Wrench
For repairing water damage: Screwdriver
For repairing Lacerations and Bites: Welding Tool
For repairing internal damage: FPOGA Circuits and Copper
For repairing bullet wounds and deep tissue damage: Steel and Iron
Sure, I wound up getting a low percentage data drive like the ones you stick in a robots gene port. There seems to be no way to improve the quality of it, am i missing something?
I don't understand your question, can you write in detail?
True
Honestly? I don't know XD
Not at the moment, but I am slowly making this an option.
1. Stil capable of spawning in place of NPCs on stations?
2, can they still get the name Chappy?
(Asking since I got a Lot of memories of Chappy the station protector)
Wow.....take it easy, you're giving me too much to do. For now I'm focusing on developing this mod, maybe when I get bored I'll introduce a "Patch" to other Mods
