@I'm blind as, You and me both. Now I can actually raid and roam without hindering any possible kids I bring along.

I was just complaining about this.

good mod idea, feels like aka children learn passively while sponging everything they see when in proximity to other pawns which should be in vanilla.. instead of gating progress by restricting learning to an activity.

I like this mod a lot! for a tribal caravan save i have going its 100% vital but i do think them not needing an adult is silly, who would teach them?

The effect is strong enough to get max growth, IIRC. It hooks into the caravan need fulfillment system; I don't know all the details but I have observed it working while moving, so it should work both stationary and moving (at the same rate). No adults needed for now, though I'd like to look at adding that later once I finish my other 1.6 updates. So, yes, currently your Lost Boys could come back full.

Can you share some more about this mod? Will the effect be strong enough to get max growth score or a lesser level? Does it work better if stationary vs moving? Do you need adults with the caravans or can I send all my Lost Boys into the next tile with 300kg of pemmican and wait for them to come back full grow?

A side idea I once had that is parallel to this project; a mod that allows planting skill to train from foraging while on the world map.
