@Mrcalzon02 I just tested both with and without the optional dependency and it was working fine for me.

However, I did find a bug in the icon not showing up... unfort that is not something I made/did so @Orixus will have to look into that one.

it should be also noted that it doesn't seem to attach to conveyor networks is that intended?

Not quite, only certain Block Types support LCD; and the one I'm using (Collector) does not support LCD panels.

Unfort there isn't a block that has the automatic output to inventory/conveyor & has LCD support.
@manaphoenix
do i understand it correctly that the lcd fix mod is only needed for getting the lcd panel going due to having more than just one lcd panel on it?

if that is the case changing one of them to for example a powerbox might be something that would still give some visual stuff for it and gets the lcd working wihtout that one.
just a suggestion, what you do with it is up to you.
something i noticed while doing the first and now the second test is that there is no symbol for it in neither the g-menu nor the toolbar.

anyone else experiencing that?
@manaphoenix
not neccessarily more sense but it would allow for people to choose if its not a neccessary requirement but just there to solve some hicky stuff or is one of multiple possible mods that can be used as alternate for each other for the mod itself to work.

sadly there is no way to put stuff into a mods requirementlist and mark it as soft or hard dependency and everything inside the dependency list if laoded automatically once you load the mod into a world.
manaphoenix  [author] 4 Jul @ 12:21pm
if it'll make more sense that way i'll change it!
@manaphoenix
yeah as long as you have it in the mods dependency list its a hard dependency.
soft dependenvys is something you list inside the moddescription.
manaphoenix  [author] 4 Jul @ 12:14pm
If this is not the case, Please let me know. the LCD screens are only meant to be a soft dependency.

@Abisius Xarvenius Carbensius
Without the Fix LCD Mod , the LCD screens on the block will not function .

That should be the only thing that breaks — as far as I know, the block itself will still work normally.
It's just the LCD display areas that won’t function without the mod.
@manaphoenix
is it possible to get it working without "fix lcd support" or is there just no way around it?
it just breaks too much stuff inside the info section of the control menu done by other mods (for example defense shield, buildinfo (which is atleast in my eyes one of the must have mods)) to make it possible to use.

Should Test to see if those are weapons that are meant to bypass shields, WC has some weapon packs that will bypass shields on purpose.
Orixus The Paladin  [author] 24 Jun @ 4:00pm
Do you have a crash report that I can look at Laarryy? I use the defense shields mod too with it, and have tested it for compatibility, but never have had any issues show up in my logs.
Laarryy1234 22 Jun @ 5:11am
so fix LCD support breaks defense shields in some way, so sadly i cant use this mod and that makes me very sad as it was a perfect addition to my playthough as im living of scraps of the enemys i kill and this speed that up alot

Hey, thanks for checking it out! Unfort. I can't do anything about the game crash if I don't know whats causing it, as using it alone I didn't get any crashes.

Not to mention; if its a conflict it may not be my fault.
Phoenix 21 Jun @ 6:15am
I love the idea of this but game crashes for me when I select a grid to deconstruct. Conflict with another mod? Perhaps. Maybe the Nanobot Build and Repair mod?
