1. All NPC start at level 1. (You can now enjoy spending your partner Attribute)
2. Extra Character Base Attribute Points. (Ever think about this? Yes it's possible) Don't worry, I will make sure to make it logical and balance it with the gameplay.
The thing is, I try to make every building has it individual upgrade. But for now its impossible because the buildings upgrade/improvement can only be change by their tier, not individually.
I try to look into it.
not all city buildings need to be city exclusive, im thinking about the workers and food branch, maybe some of the rogue branch. instead of 12 per building, maybe only 1+1+3, increase max workers for leases (in combo with your longer lease thats gonna have an impact and make rogue chars be able to sidemoney from leases)
atop that, an idea since you said on lease mod you wanna do a standalone/combine: maybe add higher tier buildings that one has access to once you become the last 2 tiers of nobility (more workers, more eff, more building/fire security thats maybe run over the home instead of the indiv buildings!)
