the item cyst thing for the rot isn't working for me, i believe i'm doing the inputs correctly but the spears lodged in my cysts won't launch (I'm trying it on arena sandbox if this helps)

playing as the artificial right now, and im super impressed with the quality of this mod... controls are way less clanky than possessing a lizard in safari mode, and the whole thing is surprisingly stable?? i havent had any conflicts with the rest of my mods yet, so thats a good sign :3c

Are all the features from the past Parasitic Slugcat planned to be added to the new Parasite? like being able to suck into creatures as a noodlefly, to get the creature protein value when electrocuting it as a centipede, and vise versa?

@sprobgik can you put "warp menu" mod in the incompatibilities secession in the description as it doesn't work with any of the non scugs it just crashes your game when you try warping (at lest for me)

I don't think this goes in the Bug Reports thread, but setting Custom Colors for Parasite is very difficult due to how many color channels it has.

Hold special (triangle with DualShock), after a bit of the the animal squirming you will enter it while it is shocked for a bit, afterwards you have full control over it. Don't fall or be forced into a den as it as you will be softlocked.

Also Parasite struggles with rough terrain that gets high. Either add the ability to walk on walls and ceilings (excluding background walls), or make the parasites locomotive tentacles longer so they can reach higher. Overall great mod

If you're holding a creature that is small enough to be considered an item, as parasite, then try to burrow into it, you will start flying upwards

i plan on adding surface swimming to parasite aswell as deep swimming under specific circumstances, i also plan on disabling drowning on some of the other characters (just never got around to doing it)

in any case just bare with it for awhile

My best word of advice is to remove the oxygen meter anyways, as the general inability to swim, despite being able to cling on walls underwater, would still make certain sections of the game near impossible without a vessel. And plus, it would be fitting too, with the overall style of the parasite.

Parasite can't drown, despite having an oxygen meter. Once reaching zero oxygen, all it does is stun the parasite eternally, softlocking the game.
