it shouldnt be a dependency! i'll take a look at what could be causing this. it can be difficult to test for compatibility without dlcs that i own, as i think the game can still access the files even if i disable them.

Game can't run in modern era without Crossroads of the World DLC, please set this DLC as dependency.

Pretty good design, I think this leader`s ability is pretty much well balanced and not ruining your game experience by rushing the outcome too fast.

yeah, hopefully they'll give us a way to properly set up metaprogression for custom leaders.
it'd be nice to be able to include unique challenges and achievements, too!
