Check the description where the “Joinable AI Teams” section is. All the info should be there.
Nice mod, but unfortunately when I booted up Team Slayer, all of the Red Team AI immediately turned on me and started killing me. Any recommendations for troubleshooting that?

@Khepri Sorry about that man. I know it would be cool and I would love to do it, but between the Halo 3 engine limitations and asset availability this would be very difficult at the end of the day.

@||| AVIATOR |||, fair enough, that is perfectly understandable. Honestly, I would just love to see something like this or Ultimate Firefight on a truly massive map for a proper "is a war" experience, but that would require either hard to obtain permissions/assets or completely new assets to be made from the ground up.

@Khepri Probably not going to happen anytime soon. I would need to be given all of his assets to even get the mod to load in the editor. These assets are not released anywhere as far as I know, and I don’t think RS has any plans of doing this. So I couldn’t even start cooking something up.

Another problem is the map size. It works well with real human players, but bots would be a different story. The map is just too big. You would need so many AI packed in there to make a fun battle with UNSC vs Covenant, or even a MP simulator type map like this one. The amount needed would be greater than what Halo 3’s engine could tolerate. So the AI would be very unstable, or just crash the game all together.

I’d love to do something like this, but the chances of all of this working like we would want is not good.

@||| AVIATOR |||, How difficult would it be for you to set up an AI War/MP Simulator using RejectedShotgun's Hugegrass map? @Viperman Try setting the teleporter to fixed physics in the item properties. This should keep it in place. For some reason the game tries to delete anything that is set to normal physics.

Sorry about that weasel. I wish I could help you further, but what I can recommend is following a similar procedure to the one that I did in the preview video. I really wanted to just have pre-placed teleporters that would take you there from each base, but whenever I placed them in the mod tools they wouldn’t work inside the game after the map was compiled. So right now players have to set this up manually. If I can discover how to make the teleporters that I place in the mod tools work in-game, I will update the mod with the changes.

@Jago More of these MP simulator type experiences, as well as AI battles with the campaign AI. Personally I am not sure what the very next mod will be as I am working on multiple of them. I guess it will be whichever gets to completion first. I also am planning additional updates to my older mods that have been released already. So definitely stay tuned!

alright @III AVIATOR III i (kinda) know how to get there (command center) but the forge thing didnt work
i started flying but it stop me when i reached the top of the world limit

@MasterWeasel You can choose the game mode via the switches inside the command center I built. It is on top of the forerunner wall. There is a section in the description that describes how you can get up there, and also a YouTube video next to the screenshots. I show off how to go up there at 5:12 in the video.

@MasterWeasel573 DOES WORK actually, you didn’t read the description where the team details are. In the Halo 3 engine, red team cannot be allied with any AI faction. That’s why I made orange team side you with the reds in 2 team modes, and purple side you with red in 4 team modes.

The modes you can play are also in the description. There are 10 of them. CTF and objective modes in general are not compatible with AI as far as I know.

@42halomaster42 These workshop mods are not compatible with Xbox. Sorry about that. However even playing this with other PC players is not recommended due to netcode issues with the AI. The bots do not sync properly for clients. Only the host will see the bots behaving properly. This issue is something only 343i can fix.

@xevcv I can certainly add a troop hog in next time I do an update. Right now I have a few mods that are planned to receive expansions, so I will do my best to get to it.

I do have a few H3 mods already that feature friendly Elites. Floodhalla has them, as well as Badlands Battlefield and Operation Whiteout. There will be more coming like that, so fear not!

Dude I love your mods, but i wish your Hemorrhage Reach mod had transport warthogs because its a rare vehicle plus having lots of marines is cool. Another thing, you should add friendly elites to your next halo 3 mods that fight with the UNSC. Last thing, love your steam pfp brother.

Make sure you are joining the teams listed above in the description. Red team cannot be assigned an AI faction in the Halo 3 engine, so you can join Orange team in 2 team game modes to be allied with red, and purple team in 4 team mode.

teams doesnt seem to be counted, im attacked by both teams.
