recon helmet having vaccum seal seems wrong lol

Any chance you could add the vac suit and environment resist to these?

absolute insane that the devs themself didnt do that...
RAD EMERALD 30 Jul @ 6:24am
PERFECT!

Does this add tox resist

could you make it so they also have the temperature protection of vacsuits? right now thye don't die to vacuum exposure which is nice, but instead die to extreme hypotermia due to being at -75 degrees celsius

So to expand on AwesomeShite, they have resistance just not perfect I sent a group of warriors up to storm a satellite and I had to periodically send them back to the shuttle to renew their vac resistance (Kind of like freezing or heat stroke) they have protection just not the best so it builds slow.
AwesomeShite 29 Jul @ 12:28am
@kootranova1 the helmets are 65 recon 67 marine and 68 cataphract while all armor is 30%

Is this not already Vanilla? I just had a few colonists wearing power armours go into space.

Unless I have a mod that's added the vacuum resistance already?

D3K43 It's sealed anyway.
D3K43 28 Jul @ 1:34pm
I dunno if Recon armor + helmet should give vac resistance. Isn't specifically meant to be light armor that police wear? Lol
Royal_ScrewUp 28 Jul @ 12:31pm
Will there ever be options to tweak which armors get resis? I don't like how recon armor gets full vacuum resistance with only eye visors and an open face.
PIGEON 27 Jul @ 8:05pm
just added to an existing save and helmets have no added resistance
Grave 27 Jul @ 7:49pm
It was absurd that they gave them all "almost" enough vacresist, but not quite 100%. What were they thinking?

@Char no worries <3 thanks for caring
Char 27 Jul @ 1:50pm
@Ollie_Greenhorn You're correct - ran mod with only DLCs and vac resistance applies correctly. Sorry for the bother.

@tide{S}haper industries yoo for real? I might look into that then, that's really cool of you

@Char thankies! That's weird, in my test world I can see the marine helmet has 69% vacuum resistance. Maybe it's a mod conflict?

Just a heads-up. After multiple people were asking for it, I included (more or less) the same tweak in my power-armor tweak-collection; https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/changelog/3531909708

Not wanting to take away from your mod, but just to let you know. Mod-support is given, yet some modded armors aren't yet patched (wanted to first check some balance-concerns) - also; right now I'm only covering marine-tier armors and up, not recon unless people want that.

If you want to integrate the mod-support on your end, feel free to rip my patches out from there. Feels a bit like wasted potential to only cover vanilla armors.

Excellent mod!

Unintended bug on Marine Helmet: marine helmet has no vacuum resistance assigned to it.
doctor who? 27 Jul @ 4:36am
Thanks! I stil can't get, why Power Armor have not full resistance (but okay, mabe it's make regular vacsuit not totaly useless in lategame)
