Yeah, i have down the start a bit. But they have a moon magic mage at the start, doing a lot. While having path to demonist or witches (just level 1 ritual) for help them to start.
Just make a flying gem or rare item can greatly help.

Fixed the archer, the damage is 2 not 3. My bad.

Otherwise, their main focus are item and blessing. The others mages need probably to have less recruitment chance, so.

I read through the mod files, so I could get a better idea what the overall concept was. Seems like this faction is rolling a bunch of the signature benefits of other factions together. Extra efficient base soldier recruitment, bless mechanics, a variety of different resource typed ritualists that directly lift lesser rituals from other factions. Your spear and archer base recruits are VERY good. The most distinctive thing mechanically is the item summoning. It feels kinda unfocused, as a result. Still, I think the art is very strong. If you could lean in a bit more on what the moon is to the rabit peoples, get a little more detailed in the unit descriptions, this could become something really neat. Same with demonist. I have rituals that cost sacrifices, but the unit is not coded to let me collect any

I hired witches and druids but I cant collect mushrooms or herbs
