@Bertini Timersini Isn't that vanilla's "wash self"?
Bertini Timersini 11 hours ago
Is it possible to use lakes/rivers to wash?

Awesome! Looking forward to it. :D Good luck!
Si-Cafe  [author] 6 Aug @ 2:13am
@namelessMirror Yes, I have a plan for that.
namelessMirror 5 Aug @ 4:05pm
Is there any plans to be able to fill the tub when the water shutoff happens?
Si-Cafe  [author] 4 Aug @ 6:42pm
@diegogcunha It is possible to remove MF requirement by not using this mod's own Moodle, so I would like to consider that option as well.
Si-Cafe  [author] 4 Aug @ 6:32pm
@Sera Your report helped us learn of a potential incompatibility with that mod. I think there are other Body Mods with similar functionality, and I hope to be able to support those mods in some way.

Tem como voltar aos moddles originais do jogo? .. infelizmente esse "Moddle Framework" que é requisito para este mod mudou os moodles e realmente não gostei deles mudarem.

-Can you go back to the original moodles of the game? Unfortunately this "moddle framework" which is a requirement for this mod changed the moodles and I really didn't like them to change.

Okay, so I've done some testing and found the issue quite quickly.
On a vanilla save, the mod works as intended.
The issue was that I'm using the Anthro Survivors mod that quite heavily changes the character model, and it seems the mod isn't picking up on that. I don't know how any of this works but I'm guessing the new models have parts that aren't part of the mod's programming and as such isn't affected.

I understand it's a niche mod so I'm not expecting a fix, but thanks anyway for your efforts and apologies for wasting your time.

@Si-Cafe Tried it just now and... well the grime is once again being removed, but the blood and dirt remain. It's very possible that it's a mod conflict since I'm getting a few error messages on start up, but since I have around 20+ mods it's difficult to figure out which one is causing it.

I'll try it on a save with no other mods loaded and see if that changes anything.
Si-Cafe  [author] 4 Aug @ 2:54am
@Sera By the way, has your character ever noxious smell from grime? I'd like to know if this problem occurs to everyone.
Si-Cafe  [author] 4 Aug @ 2:49am
@Sera No matter what I tried, I couldn't reproduce the problem in my environment. I'm not sure, but it might be that the trigger variable for cleaning the body was cached for some reason...
So I added code to force initialize the variable before the action starts.
Could you try this to see if it solves the problem?
Sera 3 Aug @ 9:37pm
@Si-Cafe update, turns out it doesn't even remove the grime. Values before going in to the shower was 24 blood, 3 dirt, 1 grime. The values remained the same, even with soap, after getting out of the shower.
Si-Cafe  [author] 3 Aug @ 4:47pm
@Sera If you had removed grime from your body, then surely your blood and dirt should be removed... How much blood or dirt was left behind, or was there no change at all? Please check out the blood and dirt values displayed in the shower context menu.

@vieira Smell and fake infection won't happen unless you have a lot of grime in your body. Have you tried forcing grime to 0 in debug? If you in debug, right-click to display "Dev: Grime Info".
Sera 3 Aug @ 10:55am
Showering does not appear to remove blood or dirt from your character. It will state the amount and the soap required, and upon showering deduct the soap but the dirt/blood remains. Does appear to remove grime for what it's worth.
vieira 3 Aug @ 7:22am
@Si-Cafe apparently it's still the same. When going into debug mode, it shows the fake infection modifier going up and nothing takes it away, even turning off the sandbox options.
Si-Cafe  [author] 3 Aug @ 12:36am
@vieira I'm not sure what the exact cause is, but we've tried slightly changing the Noxious Smell value. Please check if the same symptoms persist.
And try unchecking the sandbox options Enable Grime or Noxious Smell as a temporary solution.
vieira 2 Aug @ 11:14pm
The mod is great, but it seems to have a bug related to the noxious smell moodle. Sometimes, even with my character completely clean, with absolutely no corpses around, absolutely no grime, you will get the bad smell moodle. From there, even turning god mode on will not get rid of it, resulting in you eventually getting sick. Unfortunately, the only thing I could do was uninstall the mod.

If I'm just being stupid, please, enlighten me.

Great mod, been looking for a mod like this for ages! You should create an oral hygiene mod to pair with it too
Poorlii 2 Aug @ 2:03pm
The scariest mod for zomboid fans
Si-Cafe  [author] 2 Aug @ 7:18am
@kArMaFPS Do you have also "More Damaged Objects" installed?
kArMaFPS 2 Aug @ 4:50am
not fixed for me depth maps on bathub and showers
Si-Cafe  [author] 1 Aug @ 2:56am
@Claritas Thank you for reporting this. I have fixed it and (may not need) added an indoor/outdoor check.
Claritas 31 Jul @ 8:33pm
Can't seem to take a hot shower even with electricity

Update: Dry Self menu during After Bathing as clear as possible. It's now under "Drop to Ground" instead of at the top.
Si-Cafe  [author] 30 Jul @ 2:14pm
@QS Thank you for your great review.
If you have a green Wet moodle, right-click on the towel and you should see another dry-self at the top of the menu.
QS 30 Jul @ 6:14am
Amazing work done! Great mod!!🔥
Anyways, I showered without a towel in the inventory, picked it up after, I was "drenched" according to the mod's moodle but couldn't dry myself. Only after some time the modded moodle disappeared and I got vanilla "wet" moodle, then I could dry myself. Hope this gets fixed.
Thank you for the mod!

@Hans That’s my main issue with Lifestyle. It adds a lot but some of it’s features are done better by other mods. I wish the authors of it would make it more modular where we can turn features in and off. They’ve done it with some, which is great, but I don’t think their bathing mechanic is one that can be turned off. I wish it was, as I’d much prefer this mod over theirs.
Si-Cafe  [author] 30 Jul @ 3:32am
@BeautifulRnr Have a good post-apocalypse with a shower!
Si-Cafe  [author] 30 Jul @ 3:28am
@Hans-Landa Lifestyle: hobbies have too many features so I think there are difficult to fully compatibility. However, there may be some integration if create a patch. But this mod not at that stage yet...
Hans-Landa 29 Jul @ 11:49pm
Damn the bath rooks better than in Hobbies Lifestyle, sad there can be a way to just override theirs with yours if you play with both mods together, like if this mod detects Hobbies Lifestyle disable their shower and bath functions and replace it with yours but keep their moodles and use your items.
BeautifulRnr 29 Jul @ 5:35pm
looks good lets try it
