Alright y'all, the official 1.3 patch will be released no later than June 21st 2019. The development team is really excited about this announcement and we hope that there is still hype for this mod :cozycastondeath:

@Icarus I feel you with the cliffs glitch. We used cliffs instead of moutans in some areas of the map in order to make the map more visually appealing; however, there is a glitch or something in the scenario editor that causes the cliffs to become the warped ones you see in this scenario. I started work on an improved, larger map that doesnt use any cliffs, but school and life have kept me from completeing it, if y'all are still interestd in this scenario though, I could probably finish it during the summer. :steamfacepalm:

This scenario is OK but the 'cliffs' in the map appear weird. They do not look like mountains.
Also there is the thing with the population limit. It would have been nice if it was possible for the scenario to be played with default 200 limit. :Roman:

About the lack of population, a command in script can be used, and also by a command in script, Ironclads and Sloops will both be avaliable (NOT destroyers, but ironclads!)

Maybe, but as far as satire goes I find it runs headfirst into Poe's Law. Might be too subtle for its' own good, because as somebody who wargames and studies the civil war a fair bit there are plenty of people who woyuld type that or m ore in earnest.

@Turtler I too have been experiencing the mod not loading (which is quite depressing considering I made it), but before the year's end we will release an update that will hopefully make it work properly.

Ah yes, the tyrannical Union Government and its' insistence that the South not get *issy because it lost a free election, not steal government property/endanger the lives of government officials, and value some things over the right to own slaves. What atrocities!!!

I am sure this is going to be a real treat, especially since Davis hismelf opposed secession up until he was elected POTCS

But more relevant is the fact that the Mod Does Not Work.

I Subscribe because it isn't the standard disclaimer and it has a nice artwork, and the mod refuses to load. So what's going on.

The Winter War's been done a fair bit, albeit largely before the Steam Workshop existed. But just google Rise of Nations Heaven and you'll see.

I don't want to post too much, but I though what if you make the Cambodia-Vietnam War( 1977-1991) instead of Vietnam War as the usual setting(since it has been overused) you can do one with the Khmer Rouge led by Pol Pot against Vietnam who fought this long and bloody with the Vietnamese due to cultural differences, Jungle Warfare, Guerilla Tactics and more!

The Winter War sounds interesting as well, I can't think of anyone who has done it, it was a short conflict but probably the stupidest campaign the Soviets have engaged in and they lost!
