@Midrealm From what I know, due to how each individual one differs from eachother, there need to be different versions
Only one I know the major difference of is DST and DS, DST has Master_Postinit and Common_Postinit, both of which are built for DST, and DS doesn't have access to these. trying to run them in DS will likely result in a crash, making it likely not worthwhile to try to make a version that encompasses both DS and DST. Though there may be a way to check which version the client is running...

Well, if people could edit the models, people would more than likely make themselves ACTUAL animals, which, in my opinion, would be cool. But, for now, we have anthropomorphic ones..

But, on the topic of 'pros and cons', I'm new to modding and I don't know how to give my character special powers. Also, if I try to edit the examination text it makes the game crash, and if I edit the character model it makes the character invisible. Does anyone happen to know what I'm doing wrong?

I have absolutely no doubt, DWL. There are as many rabid anti-furres as they claim there are furries. I just wonder because it's strange (not bad) to me to think of myself as playing anthropomorphic animal, and I wonder why so many want to.

You should totally add some pros and cons to this character! I think a lot of people would love her!

when will people learn that this game is attractive to many diverse fandoms and cultures why must people hate? i personally belive that everyone should be involved in one fandom because it will open yourself up to new experinces and to make new freinds also as much as i see people hate on furries and bronies i came up with the hypothesis that anti-furries are consisdered in the same fandom as furries so that means that if you contiune to bas on people for bieng interested in a fandom then your also in the same fandom as well.

Excuse me, but where in my post did I give the impression I hate furries? Wherever in my post did I say anything against you? Why is it such a problem that I ask a simple question without any implications of hatred or discrimination of the bad sort, but rather a desire to know?

No offense, but I wish to know why people think this is an issue. "Furry" to me is an arbitrary label people just use when they want to bash someone's work for no good reason. But really, what makes a mod "furry", and what about that makes it bad? Does it occur to anyone that this baseless discrimination is essentially the same principle that makes up racism and sexism? From all the comments complaining, none of them give solid evidence to back them. I'm pretty convinced furry hate is some sort of meme that for some odd reason people think gives them some sort of status.

OK, don't take this the wrong way. But why does Don't Starve attract so many people interested in furries?

This is really awesome job u made there... but I've got a question. How do you set up more advanced mod settings? Like running speed, eating only certain kind of food, or making custom item (like Willow's lighter, Wendy's flower etc.) It would be awesome if some1 could answer me :)

But I have a problem: I did everything with the renaming and I've drawn all body parts etc and should be good to go but when I want to start a new game with him it crashes after the loading screen... I have no idea what could be wrong, the only thing I didn't do was drawing the menu pictures and I don't think that that should be the problem. And it's compiling at every start so...

You know, I really don't get why it matters to people whether the character is furry or not. It's a template that can be made into something either human or anthropomorphic. Mod authors have already done both with this template, and both without this template. I have no control over this, and it doesn't matter what type of character is made anyway.

The point of this mod is to help people make their own characters, to facilitate creativity. Pretty much the only reason why I'm into modding is because I love creativity, and I love to see people's creations.
