Only one I know the major difference of is DST and DS, DST has Master_Postinit and Common_Postinit, both of which are built for DST, and DS doesn't have access to these. trying to run them in DS will likely result in a crash, making it likely not worthwhile to try to make a version that encompasses both DS and DST. Though there may be a way to check which version the client is running...
