Dude this addon looks awsome so i have an idea from it
make a gamemode called the plague where there are 20-30 npcs and one of the npc or players has a plague
Notes:
Humans can be doctors
birds can spread the virus
specail round where a person infects as many as possible
cops might kill ifected
humans can be cops
a variety of plagues (ie. airbourne, spread by touching)
humans need to be smart
bandits can get people rekt
cops have masks that protect them from airbourne virus
and finally people can get guns to kill infected

if you can make this game mode (the plague) you will be GABEN.

It's kinda hard, because this use a basic damage system, and AI on GMOD aren't smart enought to find ways to infect players who are on hidden places
