Therefore I haven't made any new rain effects, the map instead uses the same one as Darkforest.

After the attributes like -seekfreeloadingserver and -dedicated=true , you need to paste -sdkfileid=(SDKid)
You can find that id in the URL of a workshop item page.
In this map's case, that attribute would be -sdkfileid=382033840
In the server you can log in as an admin and change the map by writing "adminchangemap AOCFFA-Grim_p" in the console.
