Great mod, I had a lot of fun with this. Only problem is that it doesn't work with Sparta (at least for me, anyone else?).

I may eventually do that. However, in the mean time this is easily alleviated by using a 4TPY mod. Which is personally what I do anyway.

This mod could use an update to change the amount of officers you get per turn. Due to not being able to reach the mods max army limit becuase of having to replace officers who die of old age.
