I really like the ore models and voxels you made also nice components!

I want to ask your permission to use ores and components for our servers, i like to do combinations of metals and mix some things to create more complex materials, to give more interesting game to our players

More drilling! and more assembling of all kind of things thanks to your work, i know that this mod is outdated, but it's still great! i will adapt and correct few things and it's will shine as new.

I am not going to reupload it, it's will be unknown mod for server only that will not work as stand alone.

Dependencies do most off the heavy lifting. In some ways they are actually more split as the voxels and components were massed as a base for other modders this time around.

Right I got that they are combined now, but we needed your planets add-on to get the ores to spawn on planets, is that part of the core combo ore mod now?

I'm trying to document everything but there's a lot to document.
If you are using my blocks mod, unload all 3 mods and just add my Blocks V2 mod, everything works off dependencies.

NM I found it(Had to click on every mod to see what you had done), Looks like you are reffering to "CMM - Community Materials Mod (WIP)" right? I didn't see a replacement for the planets spawn version, will that be getting a rework as well? Thank you for all your hard work in getting these updated so quickly :)

@Sage The Next Version (alpha on my Workshop) adds Xenon. That version will be getting an update very soon that alters the IDs of all recipe Blueprints and BlueprintClasses.

yes kinda but a lot less work then remaking new models and depending on how complex the item is like some of the reactor models I have seen are really cool looking but max tier is only 30GW I made one for my server that was 250GW (I just really suck at models and textures XD)

Sort of. The root Mod folder is the equivalent of the SE "Content" folder. To reference my assets you need to go a level up first. It should be something like "../392674650.sbm/Textures/GUI/Icons/ore_ammonium_hydroxide.dds" . the ../ goes one level up in the dierctory tree.

What you can do is mark this as required and overwrite the sbc entries with your own sbcs or set the added objects to false and add new ones using the existing assets.

I had a couple subscriptions(now lapsed) from a bundle. The shorter answer is honestly, I don’t remember specifically. The one I do remember was the current copper , but only because it’s cited in this description ;). I have all new textures ready for the next version however, the sbc edits needed are massive.

Chemical Engineering makes sense, and sounds kinda fun, could be educational as well, a teiring system would make sense considering all the materials available as well.

I also noticed that the ingot for liquid and gas materials would be canisters, im no programmer or modeler, but wouldnt it make more sense to make a version of the tanks to accomodate each gasious and liquid element type? just saying, not demanding.

It adds enough that the receipes start to resemble reality, which is about 20-25. The next version will double that, but even then it is hard to integrate in a way that makes sense. That starts to put SE into an area where it needs a full on Chemical Engineering Mod.

If you're interested in continueing the Tech progression mod... I'm working on one as well if you're interested in a collab.

I run a server, so I've been able to test the progression of tech with players in multiplayer. If this sounds interesting, or you'ed just like to chat about this topic, I'm up for it.

The Solaris Co-Op mod focuses on planet --> orbit --> space travel type progression. A "though the ages" type feel. I've reworked a lot of planets mechanics of the game. I'm inspired by games like factorio and tekkit.

I actually had 5 BuildAndRepairSystems on board and a projector on it lined up perfectly. I think a conector had been disconected or something. or maybe melted off from a thruster. idk i moved on to another ship adn i have a station and it works perfectly fine.

SmackDab, best way to remedy that is to set up a self repair system in your ship whereby a hologram perfectly lined up with your hull guides a nanite factory(ies) or nanobots in repairing your ship. This way you wont need to inspect your ship millimeter by millimeter trying to make certain that you repaired every last thing.

Hmm, for some reason i am only able to smelt Platinum. I have like all the ores in this mod and all the special refinies, and it still won't let me put any of the others inside the inventory. HELP

yes, but i think its because of a load order issue with the three mods you made specifically. I know you got like....3 mods that make up the set, I am just not convinced i got the right load order.

Are you seeing that now? That should have been fixed a while back. I thought the V2 would have been released months ago, and would have replaced this completely, but when it started to take longer than I expected, I did some CPR to fix those kinds of issues.

The only issue that i have ever had with this series of mods is that the machinery and blocks are all nothing more than a single purple cube in the center of the would be block's footprint.
