Thanks very much. Yeah I had a look at those styles as can use the central separating block as a recreational/admin area for the 2 centuries (when I can get small enough hindged gates working can even enclose it as it's own sort of mini fortification). I was trying to stick close to the reference photo for the fort this is a part of as it was all long buildings however It's something I had considered doing and I just might add something like that as an "elite" barracks block on the next section (would help it tie in with the style of the officers quarters I had been planning as well) once I finish adding the granaries (will be published shortly) :)

pretty cool brah. in other building games i like to build theses in a square fashion with a court yard in the middle. makes for a pretty cool building based around the room layout.
