The flag you are using is Northumberland's not Northumbria's

The UU is a disadvantage because you have less or no iron for swordman.

I can do all the editing I describe below for my own enjoyment, but it would be more satisfying to share the results. I'm also willing to give permission for you to use all my material your own mod if you choose to use it. It's always good to spread awareness of our hidden kingdom!

Let me know what you think!

Nice mod. As a native Northumbrian, I give this a huge thumbs up!

I'd like to tweak the mod a bit and add some content. For example, I'd like to re-write the intro text and record my own voiceover. The re-write is more to make it fit with my dialect/accent. As I'm a native of these lands, it'll be authentic! Should take me 20 minutes or so once I get your permission.

I'd also like to correct some minor place name spellings; for example, Middlesborough should be spelled "Middlesbrough" see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middlesbrough . A minor thing, but nevertheless adds to the feeling of immersion.

And the peace music could do with a boost, as it gets a bit repetitive after a while.

Hello there! Sorry if this comes a bit forward, but can I get permission to continue developing some of your mods? The ones I'm most interested atm are Northumbria, Montenegro, and Taiwan. Thank you kindly! :)

Piety and Prestige requires Community patch and if i am not mistaken community patch modifies City state base resistance making them almost immune to bullying,so how can the player demand tribute from city states?

May I ask who is making Mercia?
DJSHenninger  [author] 1 Mar, 2015 @ 5:39am
Do I? I believe this is my first British nation. Anyway, I have some new civs planned, including a Low Countries split, so I probably won't be able to make Phrygia any time soon. And at least 12 leaderscenes need updating.

I have figured out how to add Decisions support. I managed to make them appear in-game for Northumbria, although I still have to actually test their effects. I think the Events support will be the harder part. Not sure how to test if they work, since they're events :p

I know you prefer British nations, but.. once you do figure out E&D and the leaderscenes down the line, would you be interested in Phrygia? The historical civ of King Midas, in Anatolia.

Someone else is making Mercia. JFD's Anglo-Saxons could be considered a Wessex of some sort. Other than that, no. I have other civs I want to do before trying any other Anglo-Saxon civ.

Thanks. That's most likely true, but, according to reliable modders, it doubles the amount of effort you put into a mod. More importantly, I don't know how to make the lua for E&D :p I've a lot of new leaderscenes that need updating, which I consider more important. I think most people don't know what E&D is, since it's not released on Steam yet. Should probably learn how to add support though. I'm not uploading these to get attention and all that, though :p

Nice civ, but.. I think you'd get a lot more interest and attention for these civs if you included events and decisions.
