Both mods, the old HW1 and mine have very different visions on how htey work, so obviously they wont be exact (Also it being better is a matter of opinion, so all power to you if you enjoy the other more).
As for porting it, it would require alot of work to port everything into HWR, as its engine is massivly different, and i dont have the skills, time, modivation or the tools to do it.
The Tower of Ygrasill is infact the Chimera Station, but waht i did was to take the model and data and replaced it. I did this in order to fix the building issue and the ability to target it and destroy it. So if you want to add buildable ships for it, you have to make sure to add the right ship's family name, like hgn for higarran, pgr for progenitor etc etc.
Its been a very long time and i cant remember much of it unless i go and take quick looks at my files but as of now, i dont ahve the time.
No, since i didnt had the tools to do it. What i can remember, teh said crusier did not had any turret points nor aniamtion. What the mod had was a derelict carrier that was retrofitted with pulse beams, sorta like pirates finding and old ship and strap some turrets on it or something.
Good, then you have my blessing. At one point in the future i be adding more ships but we see when i get back into modding again.

Other then that, you can disect it for personal use and play around with it offline. If you understand my rules, then you sould be fine. I am jsut very protective of my work, as previous ones have been stolen before (And ironicly, they became a massive success).
I write this on all my mods now, but for the love of ass, STOP INVITING ME AS A FRIEND! Seriosuly! I made it very clear, and if you really, really want to add me, you either have to get aproved by me on skype or discord, or ask nicely in the comment section atleast. I think it be common sense to atleast ask. This isnt facebook.

Its what my original goal is, but i didnt had time ot add them. The idea with the mod is to give each and every ship a unique role, not just bullet sponges.
When i finaly get around to mod again, i defintly will consider adding the ships and give them a role with this mod.
Its a design choice that you only get 1. Considering how OP the ship is, building more could break the flow and strategy of the race. I could make it so that you dont start with the Junkyard Dog and make it an end game unit when you got enouth RU.
Maybe i sould put that to the test in teh test bench for this mod for you people to try out.
Im finaly editing some files and getting to get back into Homeworld modding again. I be releasing a test version soon, and I will for the first time, open up my private Testing Bench page for you people to try out when i am experimenting with stuff.
Normaly before releasing a mod, i got private mod pages that is only accessable by me to test the mods if i want to try out something or add new features without comprisimign the main mod (cause unsing the shortcut commands apparnelty never work for me).
Also, i been thinking of reformating the description compeltelty using a seperate website by using one of those free website making tools but i dont know wich one to use. If you got a suggestion, please do tell, i appricaite that.
And ofcorse, thank all of you for your divine patience with my mods.
Most mods stopped working thanks to Gearbox's patches. Each patch they did, made huge changes to the system, making the mods stop working.
Thank you. Im not really the best kind of modder, but i do my best, despite the circumstances. I jsut wish that i was alot more active with my mods.
Huh, thats interesting. I think it still has some power left that i forgot to remove. One day i gotta make an update to this mod and make some changes. Been a long time since the last update.
Im surpised that you could use another mod togheter with mine, but maybe they changed that alot when they made Remastered?
Anyways, so from waht im getting here, is that the said ship; Draugr Crusier, only attack small ships? Huh, i wonder if it has something to do with the turrets themselves, or maybe the ship's Ai, hard to tell.
ANd abotu Sajuuk, his tracking has always been OP, despite how fast a ship is, but i love the fact that even Sajuuk himself need time to destroy the Junkyard Dog. Talk about stand the test of time.
a other thing the junk yard dog hit box is bad xD
i play a round vs it with the progenitor mod( because i want it to destroy it with sayuk for reasons xD) but sayuk and manny ships is hard to hit it and also sayuk was able to destroy the super fast ships with no problem but the junk yard dog it take me minutes
I see that you are confsuing the ship for a typical crusier, but as stated in the description, it is meant to be a imobile ship that can only move with hyperspace.
The drifting however sounds interesting, cause i had no idea it would do that. What more can you tell about the drifting? Considering it is supposed to be as solid as a mountain gamepaly wise.
I would need some more info on waht you meant. Have you tried to build it? Use it? Or have some questions about it?
Defintly one of my favorite ships, but i never figured out a perfect role for it yet for this mod. Its effect in single player is something i cannot make, but something gotta be possible to make.Who knows, maybe i come up with something?
So, what about the Kadeshi mods that you been waiting for? I still havent looked at the files for a long time and i dont know exacly when i get the motivation to do it, but certainly, one day i will do my best to make it playable again.
I agree, and i probably would have done so if life didnt kicked me so hard like it did. I was lucky enoguh to get the mod working for the current version of the game.
But once life has given me some mercy, i will certainly add more screenshots to show waht you gonna get. Besides, that one screenshot here, isnt even accurate haha.
But still, thanks to taking an interest and i see waht i can do.
ASh, you must be either mistaken my mod for the superior universe mod, or must have misread, either way, its okay, let me clear it up.
As of this wriring, the Agamemnon doesnt exist in this mod, as i ahve yet to add it. I do have plans on making it as a shipyard, but i have to add dock points and all that to make it work, wich, at the moment, not possible.
This mod itself has gone throguh some really big changes thanks to Gearbox's patches, and its been a long time since i last modded. Maybe in the future i be adding Agamemnon in there, but it wont be the same sort of Agamemnon you know from the universe mod, but its something i cant promise at the moment, real life is taking a toll on me as of this writing.

Firstly, dont comment several tiems, please. Keep it all in the same comment.
The crusier is meant to be a unmovable but hyperspace capable turret platform, wich still need some tuning. Cruiser is more of a placeholder name until i can find a more fitting name for it, though ''Platform might go there.
And about the junkyard dog. It can grab unto frigates and cruisers, and even shipyards, but the bigger the ship, the slower the junkyard dog will fly. it was not meant to be used as a salvage corvette ship to capture them, but mostly to distrupt enemy fleets by choosing the bigger ones to make it easier for your turrets and ships to handle.
Keep in mind, that this mod requires alot of thinking, planning and more, not spontaneous spamming of strong ships.

Its just me working on it alone. But yeah, i am fully aware of this, and i have been working tirelessly on making these mods work again. My Turanic Radiers mod works as that was the first one to work with. I will focus on this mod when i get the time. I cant promise that i will be fast enough but it will be done. It certainly will take some time but once that is done, your Homeworld Workshop download will start.
