Does any one have a key layout and to me is the best in class, trying it to do things got a couple of things working

lol if only i would have read the comments before i tried getting the tilt boom to work properly alllll day today on the planet hahaha. i love this design so much. i guess i better take her to space. great work!

you could add a piston on a rotating axis to 'push' it up, but like you said, lots of changes
It still works on moons though,with one adjustment to the ejector boom

i am afraid that the drill is as is, i have tryed it out on planets too, but do to the changes the devs have made over time this can not be repaired. To make it work on a planet surface the drill would have to be redesigned completly, which would make it a new and different drill altoghter. when the competition was run, a subsitute was used for gravity and it worked well but since then the number of updates we have had means that the drill is not the same as when i first put her together, sorry , believe me when i say i would love to repair this drill to be able to use her. The biggest problem right now is the rotors, they are not strong enough for planets right now..

I love this drill, but you need to fix it 'cus it's not strong enough for planets, I can get it working on moons with a minor adjustment

Super amazing design, love the way the rotors work. Also a lot safer than using a flying miner. Three thumbs up!
