It doesn't show any dark or calm now , it puts only a spangle in the water , it needs to be updated like all other mods ( A Clean Map , A Rev.Map font , .....), Although it was working without shortages or problems in the past, and the same talk about the Clean Map mod, which was more smooth and the shape of the water is better in the older updates. Very frustrating thing =(

Still works for windows if anyone is curious: I did get some weirdness where my launcher broke it the first time, but removing the files from the mod directory and unsubscribing then resubscribing fixed it.

For Linux users. Just rename catalog "fx" to "FX". Path --- /home/username/.paradoxinteractive/Crusader Kings II/mod/arwm.zip/gfx/fx

@Kryo

Love this mod, but needs an update for the new navigable rivers in Iberia.

@Kryo
Love your Mods as I am horrible with art files. I can code but cant do art.
Was curious if you could make a version compatible with the "More Navigatable Rivers Mod"? The vanilla version as I use your Border & Dark Trasparent Map mods as well. Also does not need to be via Steam. Direct Download works just fine.

If its not worth your time I understand and thanks for your Already Great contributions to the CK2 community. THANKS!

I made a comment on the clean map mod (dark) about the missing area in the north artic sea where the extra tiny island was removed in 2.7 and where there's now vanilla light blue water texture, hope you can fix this for v2.8. :)
FLORRANCE 15 Jul, 2017 @ 5:37am

Yeah I did, it was actually an issue on my end that I was not aware of. Thank your for the response nonetheless, I will remove my comment so as to not confuse future subscribers. Great mod btw!
Kryo  [author] 10 Nov, 2015 @ 3:09pm
I haven't been online the last two weeks, so sorry for the late answer. Did you get it to work in the meantime?
Kryo  [author] 31 Jul, 2015 @ 7:28am
yes
Admiral ivan 30 Jul, 2015 @ 5:51pm
is it up to date?
AstroCat 22 Jul, 2015 @ 4:49pm
Nope, Win 7, strange, the river .dds files work but the water doesn't darken. Hmm...
Kryo  [author] 22 Jul, 2015 @ 12:14pm
I checked for any problems, but I didn't notice anything. Are you on Linux?
AstroCat 22 Jul, 2015 @ 5:48am
hmmm, this one doesn't seem to be working with 2.4.2, at least for me, even with no other mods installed.
E 11 Jul, 2015 @ 9:10pm
Excellent. Well done, mate. Kudos :)
Kryo  [author] 10 Jul, 2015 @ 4:54am
Updated. Fixed Republic trade zones and family trade zones.
Kryo  [author] 10 Jul, 2015 @ 3:06am
I looked into it, but could not solve it. Will try again now.
E 8 Jul, 2015 @ 10:34am
So, did you manage to solve the problem mate?
Insurgent Korrah 2 Jul, 2015 @ 9:44am
steam deleted the links of all mods, can you write it in the comments?
Kryo  [author] 2 Jul, 2015 @ 4:04am
I'll look into it asap. thanks for the info.
E 2 Jul, 2015 @ 1:23am
There seems to be a problem with this mod. The 'republic trade zone map' and 'family trade zone map' colour the province where trade posts are located, but are not colouring the sea-zone water as they are supposed to.

Everything else seems to work fine, but this is an issue and an important one at that. Can you fix this please?
Kryo  [author] 30 May, 2015 @ 3:04pm
Thanks for explaining. Send me the corrected files and I'll put them in.
Auto Bio Reactor 30 May, 2015 @ 2:52pm
@Kyro The colours of a normal map need to be in a certain "range", otherwise shaders may have problems interpreting the normal directions (red, green, blue), some engines are more forgiving than others, some correct the colours themselves which in turn needs processing power. Anyways when I checked your files (I do that with most mods since 90% of them have some kind of error) I noticed wrong colours in the normal maps and corrected them. If you like I can send you the corrected files. Nothing major, but as I said, for good measure.
Take care and thanks for sharing.
Kryo  [author] 30 May, 2015 @ 1:41pm
What do you mean by re-normalizing?
Auto Bio Reactor 30 May, 2015 @ 10:48am
Hi Kryo, I really like the look of the water, nice work. There is a problem though with the normal maps, you should re-normalize them, you can't be sure if it doesn't pose problems with the vector calculation.
So for good measure, could you update your workshop files with normalized files? Otherwise I'll have to unsubscribe since I fixed the files and don't want them to be overwritten all the time by steam's "brilliant" auto updating. Peace!
Kryo  [author] 27 May, 2015 @ 7:35am
Just released two new ones:

A Clean Map Mod

A Transparent Map Mod
