By all means, go wild! My initial plan was to completely upgrade all the first generation ships. However, to be honest, I haven't given them a single thought since (except for the 'Nosferatu'), and I doubt I ever will. So you may use and/or publish this ship in any shape or form that you want!

when you say it needs refitting, are you asking for help upgrading it? if you wanted, i could probably upgrade it with either and integrated MAC or an external MAC with full automation. its kinda my thing. check out some of my stuff. with the best example being my Mini Mac Station retrofit, though the gun doesnt need to be that big, i just like really big guns :P
