Well finally implemented those ideas, the rotation one worked out fairly well, and the helicopter is a tad slower now. But since updating the map was not succesful i simply re-uploaded it as a 2.0 version.

But i'll keep the old version around anyway in case someone (somehow) prefers it over the new one. Wonder if the final boss works well in online co-op, despite the many explosions, hm... Probably.

I think applying TerrainRotators to all the propane tanks would have made it more fair. You really need to plan ahead when you have push the propane tanks.

Yeah, the Helicopter was frustrating at times,I think slowing it down with around 5-10% would be enough, but then again,I haven't messed around with the level editor too much.

Hm, well the building is really thin, not entirely sure if it'd help much, it cant be made wider because the minigun fire is only gonna reach so far.

But i guess its something to consider if i ever get to fixing various issues (assuming updating maps works properly by now, as i heard it has some minor issues), if enough of them pile up.
For now i'd recommend always pushing them, even if they miss, atleast they wont hit other propane tanks like that. Maybe to nerf the Helicopter's speed gain a little though...

Yes, but calling the menu (by pressing ESC) takes me a while because the game just keeps moving camera and replaying "mission failed". Any chance to tweak the propane tanks a bit? At least not making them chain reaction.

Nah its just really hard. Had that bug once too when i mashed buttons (because testing that all the time gets quite annoying), but i think a manual level restart should hopefully fix that.

The Helicockter part is seriously hard (or I just suck, heh), especially if one propane tank flys upward. That's a 99.99% guarantee you're screwed because the rest of tanks will either fall down or get ignited, and there won't be enough tanks to shoot down the heli. Plus there's a bug that if I died during climbing the building for propane tanks, when restarting the level the camera moves and I automatically died for no reason.

Ah, well i guess glad someone likes it, personally i found some bits in need of a little improvements, like that arena with the small (not giant) helicopter boss, but i didn't fully know the spawnresource command at that point.

That, and some people might find the high death ratios a tad annoying... :P
Though at this rate i'm a tad too lazy to rework those, but atleast the ending was suitably epic. That thing took a crapload of triggers to put together, heh.

I've done it now. Excellent campaign, mops the floor with easily 99% of all other stuff in the Workshop right now. The helicopter part was really challenging, and the levels afterwards are among the most epic things I've seen in this game.

Glad to see another campaign of yours. To this day, I still play Tropical City Thunderstorm and Operation Freedom regularly.

Marvellous job, terrific campaign! It did give a really good challenge.
CarThief  [author] 18 Jun, 2015 @ 3:56am
Ah, good to know all those triggers work as planned then, atleast. Hope that helicopter part wont be too annoying for most, timing those shots + moving upwards is quite a challenge...

I'd place the giant checkpoints if i could, but they really mess up the triggers. Kinda proud of how the ending worked out though, SpawnResource is one hell of a tool for doing lots of things. :P

I immediately got the feeling of playing Operation Freedom 3.0,this feels just like a modern version of the more classic custom campaigns, great job!
